Our cottage is located within Cutler Lake Lodge, a family-operated fishing resort and trailer park in Northern Ontario, situated between two gorgeous lakes, CUTLER and MAPLE. Enjoy an easy car ride to relaxation, fantastic fishing, and great family fun!

Sunset Paradise-Waterfront Cottage

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cottage on the shores of Lake Huron. Enjoy your own private beach with a beautifully landscaped yard perfect for activities. Wether it’s swimming, playing games, BBQ'n, kayaking, having nightly fires, relaxing in the sauna or just watching the sunset, this cottage has it all! The main cottage offers an open concept with a loft along with an additional bedroom on the main floor. Manitoulin's Bridal Veil Falls and Cup and Saucer are only minutes away!

It also leads to adventure and exploration of many trails and lakes, either by walking, ATVing, sledding or water! Enjoy the gems that nature has to offer while still being in walking distance to the downtown area and restaurants. Spend the day on the water, dinner in town and a Bon Fire in the backyard oasis.

This is a rare opportunity to enjoy a private lakefront, as only homeowners and guests have access to the water! Surrounded by old growth forests, this secluded getaway sits on 4 acres for you to explore. Oh and don't forget to look up! Our guests can enjoy unobstructed views of the spectacular Aurora Borealis. From hiking in the wilderness, canoeing and kayaking the pristine waters of Killarney, fishing the waters of Tyson Lake & Spoon Lake or just relaxing with a good book. (Please Note: We do use a generator and have car/boat noise. We provide pillows, bed lines, and quilt blanket - bring an extra blanket in cooler weather. There is also no toilet or shower in the cabin.)

Century Old Dovetail Cabin

Nestled between Sudbury & Manitoulin Island is our 400 acre property along the mighty Spanish River. Our cabin, originally built as a sauna in the 1920s, was converted to a sleep camp in the 70s. It features: bedroom w double bed; small enclosed sitting area w vault ceiling; screened-in porch w a twin bed; & deck overlooking the Spanish River. Head out to explore pristine, undisturbed wilderness at your doorstep.

The Cedar Rose

Built in 2018, our off-grid cedar cabin is tucked away in a mixed woodland on beautiful Manitoulin Island. It is uniquely decorated with antiques, thrift store finds and handicrafts collected from our travels around the world as far as Africa, Japan, Costa Rica and Canada’s Arctic. Our space is an inviting space to unwind, unplug and wake up to the sounds of the birds after enjoying the stars on a clear night.

Manitoulin Permaculture Lotus Belle Tent

Welcome to Manitoulin Permaculture! We are an eclectic community of infectiously warm and welcoming humans that are exploring ways of living that nurture each other and the land we share. We recently created a private, lakeside "glamping" space for guests. A queen bed with linens and bedding is provided for your stay. There is a private composting toilet next to your tent.
