Ms. Marta is an excellent host. We (me, hubby & 2 cats), just moved here to Puerto Rico from Pennsylvania. We rented this Airbnb because we wanted to look for a place between here and San Juan. Ms. Marta found out that we were looking for a place to buy/rent in the area and offered us an extended stay to continue looking for a place. (Relieved)! The villa we rented was clean, cozy and private. The linen smelled so good. There is a washer/dryer right on the property for your use. The hospitality was amazing. You want for nothing. When we told Ms. Marta we didn't have any internet service, she immediately responded. She spoke to the owner Mr. Juan, and that same day we had internet service. (Loose cable) Chewy is the awesome grounds keeper. If anything is needed, ask him once, and it's done!! He even brought my husband and I fresh coconut water. Gigantic coconut with a hole drilled on top. Yum. Nature, horses, dogs, singing coqui's and a pool! It felt like home. A must stay!!

La Pina was a peaceful oasis in the middle of the forest. Beautiful flowering trees and greenery all around. The sounds of the coqui at night echoed throughout the hillside. It is a lovely place to unwind. The place was immaculate, and the bed was very comfortable. No one was staying in the attached apartment, so we had a very quiet stay. Marta was very responsive and accommodating, allowing us a later check out due to the heavy rain on our last day. She shared great recommendations for the surrounding area. Although we didn't get to see too much of the grounds, wasn't sure where the animals were located, we found lots of lizards, coqui, and a variety of birds around the space. Loved the back patio with the gorgeous view. Kitchen was fully equipped. My 8 year old says "it was amazing!" I would definitely recommend Marta's place to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, peaceful spot a bit off the beaten path, embedded in nature. Would return to this oasis in a heartbeat! 5 stars!

Verdaderamente una experiencia inolvidable , la casa es hermosa , súper cómoda , bien equipada , bien limpia , puedes sentir paz en el lugar , excelente ubicación .Axel es un gran ser humano que Dios lo bendiga siempre.

La casa de Carlos fué todo lo esperado, desde el momento de llegar, que fué fluido y cómodo para entrar tu carro y bajar tus cosas, te encuentras con una casa limpia y agradable, cada rincón de la casa estaba impecable. La cocina perfectamente equipada para cocinar para una familia grande, una terraza justo al lado de la cocina, donde disfrutamos la vista a la montaña con un café durante la mañana. Los baños espaciosos con toallas limpias y lo necesario para el aseo. Tiene aire en toda la casa ,muy cómodo para el compartir familiar. El área de la piscina espaciosa y limpia con su barbeque de gas ya incluido. La comunicación con Carlos incluso desde antes de reservar fué excelente ,contestando todas mis preguntas, es un anfitrión atento y proactivo. A mi familia les gustó su casa y volveríamos a quedarnos.

Buenas tardes a .mis padres les encanto el lugar , las facilidades muy bonita tienes para hacer de todo jugar , darte un chapuzon en la piscina ,hacer barbacoa, ver películas, y descansar de verdad q lo recomiendo lugar céntrico y todo básicamente queda cerca de la autopista si tuvieras q salir . Gracias .

My family had a great time here. Fit 13 people perfectly. The view from the house was stunning, at night you hear the coquis it was nice. They have enough towels. The pool was clean and our kids had such a blast! We absolutely loved it. Christopher always responded promptly. Would definitely book again.
