It had everything I needed and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Anne Marie even had a fire going in the fireplace for my arrival. Even though this spot would be ideal in the summer because it's right on the lake, I found it to be very beautiful and comfortable in the dead of winter. It was plenty warm, and easy to get in and out. I couldn't be happier with both the home and the host.

Beautiful lake house! Beachfront area was wonderful for all water activities. Easy access to the Champlain Islands which had tons of fall activities going on. House is loaded with everything you need for cooking and clean up.

This place is so wonderful! Everything is provided for your comfort. Rayna was great in communicating an issue about one of the toilet is not working and offered a full refund if that would be a problem, which it was not at all. The location is great. Easy access to the lake for swimming or kayaking (kayak/canoe is available for use). It has a nice patio for sitting while enjoying the sunset view. This makes it to the list of favorite places to stay.

Gorgeous place. The cabin is a real treasure in nature. A very cozy place, also very clean and had everything we needed. The road to get there is also very easy. Scot is also very responsive and of great help. Looking forward to be back.

Sarah’s place is warm and cozy, even when it’s bitter cold outside. A beautiful location next to a lovely creek. Easy to get to and located right in town with some good amenities and restaurants.

Very nice place. Well setup and stocked. Very comfortable house and bedrooms. The host had clear instructions and was very responsive communications. Location is really great with the lake right across from it. Summers would be very pleasant here.

We were very happy with our stay at Tim's Nod Away home right on Lake Willoughby. Stunning views and sunsets from inside the home and even better sitting outside on the deck, around the fire pit or swinging on the hammock. Tim gave us a welcome call and shared info about local hikes and indicated his availability for any further questions or concerns. His place was spotless; great kitchen and everything you might need for meal prep. Comfortable bedding and cozy, homey living room.Kayaks were a bonus. It was tough to leave paradise.

Had an amazing stay. House was beautiful and very welcoming. William responded very fast and helped us with anything that we needed. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Air b&b, the place was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. Quiet at night, amazingly well equipped kitchen, great value for money all in all. Karen’s cabin was a dream getaway for us! From check-in til we (sadly) drove away, we kept wanting to make sure we spent time around the cabin, pond and around the beautiful property to soak it after hiking, visiting restaurants, and driving into town. The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed four our stay. The heat worked great, especially on the colder nights. The shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. Everything was accessible and we even enjoyed the decorative elements too! The property was beautiful and we had a lot of fun walking around on the little well maintained paths, having a little fire by the pond, and just enjoying the quiet. Karen gave us restaurant and hike recommendations, made sure our check in went smoothly (since we got in late in the evening), and even reached out to give us a heads up about ticks in the area. She was super responsive, and we would love to come back and visit on what would now be our engagement anniversary!

Benoit est un hôte très attentionné. D’abord, il m’a offert la possibilité d’entrer au condo plus tôt, ce que j’ai fait et vraiment apprécié. De plus, à mon arrivée, j’ai trouvé sur la table plusieurs petites collations. Quelle délicatesse de sa part! Ce qui m’a aussi ravie, ce sont les trois bûches fournies pour un feu de foyer. Autre avantage notable : la piscine, le spa et le sauna à l’intérieur de l’immeuble. Enfin, je donne un À+ à Benoit pour la communication rapide et tous les documents de consignes très claires à l’intérieur du condo. J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans ce condo qui correspondait tout à fait à la description et qui était d’une propreté irréprochable. Pour moi qui voyageais en solo, c’était parfait. Toutefois, je trouverais cela un peu petit pour quatre personnes. Enfin, l’emplacement de ce condo est génial, surtout en été avec le lac MemphréMagog! Cela dit, je le recommande vivement. This was our second time staying at Darcy's place, and we came back for a reason! Excellent location, far away enough to feel private, but still close enough to a lot of different towns and things to do. The cabin is cozy, clean, and well equipped for a lakeside getaway. As the listing mentions, this cabin is not insulated so it can get chilly. We were there on a pretty chilly fall week (40s and rainy), and found that the electric heaters and extra blankets worked just fine to keep us toasty. Just bring some extra layers to wear while they get running. The outside patio and firepit area were gorgeous, though we didn't get to take advantage due to the rain-- something to look forward to for the next stay!

Beautiful lakeside location. Large TV, cozy couch and fireplace. WiFi speeds sufficient to work remotely. Large kitchen with the essentials, good fridge/freezer, good stove/oven, but no dishwasher. There are neighbors along the lake but it is very quiet and serene. Josie was responsive to questions. Would stay again.

Charles was a very good host. The cleaning crew did not show up, but we were notified in advance and it was cleaned personally by his son. The vacuum didn’t work so the floors weren’t clean, but other than that it was a great stay! This location is so charming and is close enough to Burlington to go over for the day/night to explore!

We had a wonderful stay at Margaret's place. It was a short trip to the NEK to visit family and was a perfect location for a weekend get away! It has all the luxuries of home. We enjoyed having our own space and was close enough to family (5 minutes) so that we could spend our time visiting instead of traveling. It certainly was a winter wonderland at this time of year up there!!! The driveway was a bit slippery and steep, but all and all it was a great stay! We definitely would love to return in the future. so nice to have so many bathrooms and separation of the sleeping quarters so that each family /group can have their own privacy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lake Elmore Cottage; it met all of our expectations for a serene stay with beautiful lake views and spectacular foliage. The cottage was very comfortable and peaceful, with direct and easy access to the lake (for canoeing and swimming). The cottage is also directly adjacent to Elmore State Park, where there is nice hiking to the peak of Mount Elmore. Debra was super helpful with terrific recommendations for food and cocktails, and with any questions we had about the property and local activities. Would definitely recommend!

James is a wonderful and knowledgable host who is willing to do whatever is needed to improve guest experience. He was incredibly responsive to any questions or requests and was very courteous and friendly. As other guests have mentioned, he offered to go out and pick up some food for me when I first arrived. I was fortunate to have a few conversations with James about Essex and the history of his AirBnB during my stay, and I really appreciated how informative and kind he is to guests.

Can’t say enough good things about this space! Outstanding location, well-stocked cupboards, tasteful decoration and ambiance (record collection, books, puzzles, etc), and amazing natural views. Frankly a kind of magical place—and Adam was an excellent, attentive host. Also helpful with local recommendations, which is always a nice personal touch. One of the only AirBnB’s I’ve ever stayed in where I’ve had the distinct thought that it’s a place I’d want to return to again someday. A true gem if you’re looking to spend some time in and around Lake Champlain or the surrounding area.

Beautiful location and wonderful radiant floor heating! This house has everything you could possibly need. We had a great time here and look forward to returning.
