The property consists of 12 acres of fields, woods, stone walls and gardens with the home situated privately looking over the lake shore. The apartment has a private entrance. We are 12 minutes to Vergennes restaurants and shops, 25 minutes to Middlebury and 45 minutes to Burlington

This cozy cottage with loft on water front, $65 dollars per nights, Two night minimum is required. We have week or month reservations. Depending on availability there is rental of (2) paddle boats (2) kayaks (1) two man canoe (1) Row Boat, and dock space rental for personal water craft. Travel to Burlington airport is one hour and Montreal airports is two hours. The cottage is centrally located between major ski areas, 30 minutes to Jay Peak Resort, Stowe Resort, and Smugglers Notch Resort.

Enjoy the western sunsets from the wrap around porch or the array of windows. This is a cute getaway cottage with a fully stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a full size bed , indoor & outdoor dining tables & fire pit with chairs to sit around. There’s a small electric fireplace in the living room and two wall heaters to help with the cooler nights. The camp has well water which does have a sulfur smell but has been tested and is safe. Wifi is available but there is no tv.

We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes! We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 kayaks and a sup.
