Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Enjoy staying in and cooking and taking in the cozy atmosphere or make the approximately 20 minute drive to Smugglers Notch or enjoy other local attractions.

The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. Or, you could stay in to read, work, and enjoy the serenity of the mountains. A very private garden patio for morning coffee/ afternoon beer or wine or awaits you.

This home situated across from Ethan Allen Park is just a short walk, bike ride, or drive to the North Ave beaches. Designed in keeping with the 1930's bungalow aesthetic of the main house, the cottage sleeps up to 4 with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and queen-sized pullout sofa in the living room. Skylights brighten the lofty interiors. The cottage is well insulated and features centrally ducted heat and A/C, providing excellent climate control to suit your comfort preferences.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. Come enjoy your stay.
