Staying at Jean-Charles' Airbnb was nothing short of incredible—truly one of the best experiences we've ever had through Airbnb. This isn’t just a place to stay; it’s an experience in itself. It combines the high standards and attention to detail you'd expect from a five-star hotel with the warmth, charm, and intimacy of a bed and breakfast. The view alone is breathtaking—you can enjoy it not only from the terrace but even from the bed or the shower. It’s simply wow. Jean-Charles went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. He picked us up from the port and gave us all the insider tips we needed to make the most of our trip. Throughout our stay, he was always accessible and responsive, ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. And let’s talk about the breakfast—served daily with care, and absolutely delicious. As a Parisian, I can be quite picky with croissants, but his were genuinely excellent. This place is by far one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille , le logement était près de la mer donc idéal pour une baignade au pied levé surtout pour les enfants. Village calme. La venue de filipa pour le ménage quotidien est très appréciable. Je recommande à 1000%

Ângelo é um ótimo anfitrião , responde super rápido a todas as mensagens ! Seu pai Michel que também estava lá para acessorar caso precisasse é um senhor querido e muito prestativo ! Me perdi perto da noite pelas ruas de Saint Barth e ele foi me resgatar , pois eu estava sem internet ou GPS ! Foi bacana! A casa me surpreendeu ! A vista é linda ! Super espaçosa , limpa e cozinha equipada ! Me inspirou para cozinhar e me servir de um delicioso breakfast a cada Sunrise ! Lindo! Foi uma estadia deliciosa , com certeza voltarei para curtir mais intensamente os prazeres que Saint Barth nos traz , alma , coração e mente ! Aqui tudo se conecta ! Bryan is an amazing host and is always available when you need his assistance. The apartment has everything you need and it’s conveniently located close to everything. I would definitely recommend his place for one person or two maximum.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il est à proximité de tout et l'emplacement est incroyable. Guillaume a été très réactif depuis le premier jour de mon arrivée, ça a été beaucoup apprécié. L'appartement contient tout le nécessaire et est 100% fidèle à sa description. Merci Guillaume.

Julien arranged for someone to greet us on location to show us around the apartment and answer our questions. He also responded to our enquiries within minutes after initial arrival. The apartment was clean, very well appointed & designed - kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the location near place des Flamands, and near Cheval Blanc where we celebrated our Easter brunch. We would love to return next season.

Appartement très bien situé sur l’île permettant un accès facilité aux différentes plages et resorts. Gustavia et St jean sont à 5 mn et la plage de corossol juste à 2 mn. Ce logement est très fonctionnel bien équipé rien ne manque on se sent comme à la maison et la vue depuis le balcon est superbe . La propriétaire est vraiment adorable. Elle est présente et à la fois ultra discrète bref que du bonheur pour ce lieu magnifique merciiiiii Maryline ❤️

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold i Patricias hus. Alt var rent og pænt. Super beliggenhed lige ved stranden og tæt på indkøbs muligheder. Næste gang vi tager til Saint Barth vil vi helt klart booke Patricias hus igen😍 kæmpe anbefaling fra os, familie på 4.

Excellent experience! Place was beautiful, very comfortable, well decorated, modern and stunning views. Elodie was a great host! Always ok too of everything and very responsive to our needs/questions. I’ll definitely come back to this place if o go back to the island, super recommended! Thank you Elodie! See you next time!

La villa était incroyable ! Absolument clean, magnifique et super pratique avec les 2 chambres avec salle de bains individuelles et la cuisine avec absolument tous les ustensiles et produits basiques pour cuisiner. Mention +++ pour le balcon avec la vue sur toute la baie 😍 Mille mercis Séverine pour cette belle villa, nous avons passées un superbe séjour ❤️

Maison conforme à nos attentes. Julien notre contact sur place a été très réactif. Bien équipée, propre. Piscine chauffée. Clim dans la pièce principale ce qui est rare et appréciable. Peut etre une remarque sur l'extérieur: Il n'y a que 2 sunbeds pour une villa 2 chambres (cette fois ci nous n'étions que deux donc pas de problème mais à 4... ) surtout les sunbeds sont un peu raides, ils mériteraient de bons matelas:-) Dernier point à savoir: sur cette anse et avec l'orientation de la maison, plus de soleil sur la terrasse dès 16h en février. Dommage pour bien profiter de la piscine après cet horaire mais c'est le cas de plusieurs maison sur l'anse des Cayes

The apartment was absolutely lovely! Everything we needed and more, your attention to detail in making the unit a perfect vacation accommodation was truly over the top. The pictures looked good, but the apartment was WAY nicer in every way than the pictures. Thank you!!!

El departamento de Ian y Megan es mucho más de lo que se ve en las fotos. Todo está impecable y súper limpio, todo funciona perfecto y el deck exterior con la barbacoa que da al mar es un lugar mágico. Usamos los kayak que nos prestaron, la cocina está súper completa. Creo que las fotos no muestran lo bello que es. No duden en ir!! Volveríamos siempre que podamos.

We had a fantastic stay The place was beautiful. As described. Sunsets were amazing as was the view. We rented a car and went to a different beach each day. Rakhi was very helpful in recommending fantastic restaurants. We will definitely be back again. It was one of our all time fav holidays. Would highly recommend

It was in a beautiful location. The only thing, even though the room was ready, they do make you. Wait until four o'clock to go up to the room . There is an elevator that was great. Didn't have to do those stairs.

We have been coming to SXM for 15 years and I have stayed all over the island and this is my favorite. The beach, the pool, at your doorstep, it is beautiful! You can't ask for anymore. I have already rebooked for next year!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay! The condo had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and a great kitchen! The lanai and pool were a wonderful addition! We also felt very safe at this location.

This is a fabulous condo with beautiful pool area and beach! Everything within the condo was perfect and Sylvia went above and beyond assuring everything needed was there. She also provided beach chairs, umbrella and cooler which made our beach days amazing! The balcony on lower level has a daybed which I used to curl up and read while my husband preferred using it for napping 😴! Sylvia was very responsive with any questions we had before and during our stay. Absolutely perfect! We would definitely reserve again and if you are looking for a wonderful place in Simpson Bay you should too!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It feels like a beach front condo. Perfect location, amazing space. We had a hiccup at the beginning and it was fixed immediately. They responded right away to any of my questions. Would definitely recommend.

The view of the beach from inside the home and from the deck are ever better than the photos. It was such a treat to walk off the deck and right onto the beautiful beach each day! The general location of the home also made it easy for to get around to other areas of the island. Jay and Sylvia were both incredibly kind and responded quickly to questions I had before and during our stay. This home is very near the runway of the main airport. We anticipated some noise from air traffic and there was, but it was mostly contained to just a few hours in the afternoon. We would stay again!
