Quiet residential area, and beautiful views. Within a 10 minute walk is the local beach, an olde worlde pub with food and ten pin bowling; Indian restaurant and Chinese takeaway and a Co-op store. Coastal walks to Newquay and Watergate Bay are around 30 minutes; also Newquay Zoo, skateboard park, indoor fun pool, and boating lake/gardens and cafes are all within walking distance. 4 miles from Newquay Airport, half an hour or so from Padstow, Eden Project, Mevagissey, Charlestown by car.

WiFi accessible. No TV. Separate, side gate access. Parking on driveway or on road immediately outside the side gate. Close to Porth Beach and Chester Road shopping precinct. There is no carbon monoxide alarm, as no gas connection. There are however, the necessary fire alarms and extinguishers.

Little Barn is a beautiful 1 x Bedroom Barn, down a leafy in an enclosed garden with 2 x other barns. We are a short stroll to Porth Beach and within walking distance of several other beaches. A wonderful warm, cosy & comfortable space. The ideal place for a break at any time of the year. Wake up to bird song, take an early morning stroll down the beach, a leisurely walk along the coastal path or simply unwind with a cup of coffee in our beautiful garden or at one of the local cafes.

The Nook Cosy flat to sea, town and amenities

The Nook is situated on one of the main roads into Newquay. It is to the side of our home, has its own entrance with key safe and is completely self contained which makes it ideal for social distancing. There is private off road parking just outside in front of the flat. It's approx a 20 minute level walk into Newquay town or alternatively there is a bus stop at the bottom of our drive. The closest beach, Porth Beach, is a 5 minute walk away with all the other Newquay Beaches nearby.
