Basalt House

There is a certain magic at Basalt House that is felt the moment you step foot on the property. Once a speak-easy, this house has charm. Recently remodeled, every design detail was carefully selected to enhance the home's artistic vibe. Cook in the chef's kitchen, sip some wine & soak up the twinkling views of downtown & lush surroundings. Use of sauna, indoor/outdoor fireplaces & there's even a stage for event possibilities. Less than 10 mins to downtown, close to the airport, hiking/biking.

The Cottage at Dragonfly Meadows

The Cottage is nestled quietly behind our primary residence. It is a quaint 700 sq ft studio apartment with all of the feels & amenities of home. The Cottage is on a working farm with donkeys, horses, Highland cattle, chickens, & sweet livestock dogs. If you love the quiet farm setting, this is the place for you. We are also near train lines, so if you love trains, it’s your perfect oasis. The Cottage hosts 2 people, but we have accommodations for 4. $25/night per person after first 2 guests.

Treehouse in the pines - King bed

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Wildflower Suites South

Stay in a charming 2nd floor apartment in a century old house in the quiet town of Garfield. Enjoy lovely views of nearby mountains and the Palouse hills. There are sidewalks throughout town. You'll be two blocks away from the Garfield public park, 3 blocks from Bishop's orchard, and 6 blocks away from Schaut's convenience store. There is a town pool open in summer months. The apartment is a short drive from Steptoe Butte State Park and hiking trails on Kamiak Butte and Idler's Rest.

Grandma’s Farmhouse

1950s farmhouse. Kept to almost original as when grandma lived there. Knotty pine walls and vintage linoleum. Throughout the house, there are vintage photos and family history posted. It is by no means fancy but it is clean. We are located in Steptoe Wa but is surrounded by farm fields and a seed plant behind. Agriculture area so be aware that dust may be present and farm equipment near by. * note- exterior will be remodeled and painted as soon as weather allows.

Mortimore Ridge Guesthouse

Atop a two car garage detached from our primary residence, our beautiful mountain guest house is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Located on 10 wooded acres just 4 miles north of Moscow, Idaho, we have breathtaking views of the Moscow Mountain area facing East. Our mountain modern interior is complete with a full service kitchen, generous living room with gas fireplace, and two bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom.

Barley Bunkhouse

Nestled on the western edge of Whitman County where the channeled scablands meet the rich farmland land of the Palouse, this historic rock bunkhouse offers a step back in time to a slower pace of living. Just walking distance from downtown eateries, grocery store, park, and school. From this cabin, Palouse Falls State Park, Steptoe Butte State Park, and Washington State University are all within a short driving distance.

2018 construction, warm (or cool) and cozy authentic log cabin designed for a quiet get-away. WIFI included. Best suited for 1 or 2 people. No guest pets. Air conditioning with a 2025 mini-split.
