The accommodations were absolutely incredible. A lot of restaurants were within walking distance. I would highly recommend these accommodations to anyone.

We stayed here about a year or so ago and were amazed by the renovation. The kitchen and bathroom are totally renovated and look amazing. The only complaint is that there is no place to put your clothes except for the closet. The little patio in the back is a great little private area to sit and coffee or wine. Then there is several little areas to sit on the property also like a screened in gazebo or a swing. Mount Dora is so close and such a great little town, you can walk or drive. Great shops, restaurants and the sunset is spectacular.

The Lil' Hyde Out is small but sweet. It is perfect for two people. Located in a fantastic location. Walkable to Hyde Park Village, Bayshore Drive, and SoHo. The owners/managers (Brightwild) were very responsive to my questions. The unit is well appointed and perfect for a short stay. Since there is an apartment above it, know that you might hear occasional footsteps from there. Also, for the light sleeper to be aware, there are exterior spotlights on the property that may go on and off throughout the night. Neither of these things distracted from our visit. We would definitely stay there again!

This Airbnb really made our anniversary trip special. We were able to go out and have fun and come back, and relax. There was even a day we stayed in all day long and just enjoyed the views, and relaxed. We will definitely be back!

We stayed for a month while our home was under construction. Naomi was very attentive and responsive when we had questions. The place was as described and in pictures. I like to cook and found the kitchen stocked with what I needed to do your normal cooking. I loved the showers! You will be spoiled by them. The neighbors where all very lovely as well. I always felt very safe walking my dog in the area, and with my kids. Being able to take a very short walk to look at the Indian river was also beautiful.

Excellent stay, very close to amenities, pool, hot tub and pool bar. Immediate to Publix and other stores about a five minute walk. We love the balcony over courtyard and could see pond.and the stay was immediate adjacent to a walking path around pond. Very clean, lots of kitchen appliances, brand new fridge. We really enjoyed the whole experience!

We had to move to a different place, but communicatio with Cony was excellent and everything went smoothly.

we stayed here for a few days and it was great. the balcony is very cute and the apartment is more spacious than i expected. roughly 30 mins from universal and close to disney. nicolas was very responsive and instructions and recommendations were very helpful. would come back

We stayed here with our almost-2-year-old for a few days and had a great time. The house was clean and smelled nice. We felt right at home. The kids’ toys and books were perfect and kept our daughter entertained whenever we were at the house. The pack-n-play was set up when we arrived, which was much appreciated after a late flight. There were tons of extra blankets and towels, including enough beach towels for a couple days. Linda was super helpful with suggestions of things to do. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Troy's. It was clean and spacious. Kids loved the pool so of course parents did too. Troy was quick to respond to questions and was very helpful and polite. He was the perfect host. We would love to stay again. Thanks so much Troy and AirBnB!!!

This house was great. Very private location. The heated pool was very nice. Sandra is very responsive if you need anything. Definitely recommend staying.

Beautiful home, very spacious and comfortable and has everything you need. Perfect location and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Bonnie was very nice and easy to get in contact with. We will definitely be staying here again.

This house is great for families! It has all the amenities you would need for small children as we traveled with a baby and toddler. The theme rooms are a hit for the kids with toys to play with as well. The grounds has lots to do and the location is great for all the parks around.

We really enjoyed our stay at Skippers Landing. The house was easy to get to, instructions for entry were clear, and the house was clean and tidy upon arrival. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need for cooking. The heated pool was the star of the show especially on the chillier days/evenings when it was too cold and windy to go to the beach. The tiki bar was really cute and we enjoyed the ambience it provided in the evening. There was construction going on at beach during our stay, so we had to walk another 2-3 blocks down for access but still an easy, enjoyable walk. Beach towels and chairs were available to use which was super convenient. So much to do in the area with some great restaurants and cute little shops. Check out instructions were reasonable and easy to follow. Our only regret was not booking more nights! We would definitely love to stay here again if ever visiting cocoa beach.

El alojamiento es impecable, parece a estrenar, muy limpio y ordenado, con más comodidades de las que imaginamos. Lugar muy tranquilo y con fácil acceso a parques, supermercados, shoppings y restaurantes. Vacasa Florida nos asistió con algunas dudas de forma inmediata y muy amablemente. Perfect for what I was looking for. Owner was great, always available if you needed anything. Very friendly, small building. Quiet in the evening and mostly during the day as well. Brand new pool and deck opened when I was there. Donald will be hearing from me the next time I will be in town. Thanks!

nice condo which is very well equipped .Nice and modern furniture. Kirche does have lots of herbs, seasoning etc which was very helpful.We enjoyed staying there.

We had the most absolutely amazing time. The condo was clean, organized and spacious for the 4 of us. We could have had another couple stay with us. Access to the community pool just steps from our doorstep was convenient. We could also take a short 5-10 min walk to the waterpark, or drive 2 mins around the corner. We had. 10-15 min drive to the Disney parks, and shopping/restaurants were just a short drive away. There wasn’t anything that we wished we had while we were there, and having laundry on site was a life saver for us when we had been gone from home, and driven from Canada to be there. Very smooth and wonderful place to stay. Definitely recommend

El departamento es precioso, espacioso y bien decorado. La cocina completísima, hasta aceite y especias para poder cocinar. Estas a 10 minutos en auto de Disney, a 25 de Universal, y a 15 de los Oulets. En el complejo de enfrente hay un Walmart y muchas tiendas. En fin, recomendadísimo, y cuando vuelva ya se donde hospedarme!!

We visited Gainesville for our daughter’s graduation and chose Giri’s listing because of its convenient location near both her apartment and the university. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and the property was well-appointed. Giri was an excellent and responsive host—⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for his hospitality. Pros: ✅ Walking distance to the university ✅ Clean and modern space ✅ Digital entry and thoughtful touches throughout ✅ Well-stocked with essentials (coffee, sugar, laundry detergent, soap, etc.) ✅ Giri’s communication was top-notch ✅ The environment was mostly quiet and peaceful, just as described Cons: ⚠️ We had the upstairs unit, and when the downstairs was occupied, noise traveled quite a bit—felt like we were sharing a living room. Soundproofing could be improved. ⚠️ While we understand graduation weekend is a premium time, the nearly 4x markup was steep, especially for a one-bathroom unit.
