Parmi celles-ci figurent le ferry, le bus et le bateau-taxi, des moyens de transports très pratiques qui permettent de se rendre à La Valette ou autre, de délicieux restaurants et bars de l'autre côté de la crique ainsi que de nombreux établissements locaux juste à côté. L'appartement comprend une chambre avec un lit double en alcôve, un grand salon meublé dans un style rétro élégant (avec canapé-li), une salle à manger, une kitchenette entièrement équipée (pour ceux qui en ont marre de manger à l'extérieur et souhaitent goûter les produits locaux frais chez eux) ainsi qu'une salle de bain (inutile de préciser qu'elle donne également sur la mer!).

A charming new house in Valletta

A brand new house having an open plan layout. It is ground floor thus there are no steps. The house has an open plan bedroom/living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Two people can sleep in the double bed however there are also two recliners. It is situated 5 mins walk from the seaside, 1 min walk from the Lower Barrakka Gardens and 5 mins walk from the City Center. Public transport is within a 3 minute walk. It is in an ideal spot to discover the city and its surroundings.

One can easily travel to popular chapels across town by foot and to the nearest beaches, shopping malls and tourist attractions found in St. Julian’s, Sliema and Birkikara. The entire place can host 4 persons in all and consists of 2 bedrooms (both bedrooms with a double bed).

This is a typical Maltese one bedroom house. It has been refurbished lately and has kept some traditional Maltese characteristics, such as the door, window and ceiling.
