Saint-Martin [partie française] : locations de vacances avec kayak

Great host! communication has been on point! Location is the best!

Der Ausblick war der Hammer an dem Punkt, wo wir da gewohnt haben. Aber es entsprach nicht den Zustand wie auf den Fotos. Es fehlt in der Grill Ventilator im Wohnzimmer und die Hängematte, die auf dem Foto ist die ist schon komplett vergammelt. Leider mussten wir einige Utensilien kaufen, da Kaffeetassen und einiges andere fehlte aber sonst war es wunderschön und war sehr angenehm.

Villa Coco met our expectations in every way! The listing was spot on, and the home was just as beautiful in person as shown in the photos. Great for families. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The neighborhood was peaceful yet conveniently located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. We absolutely loved the easy access to Pinel Island, kayaking and snorkeling in the bay, and exploring the beaches and towns. Nina and Melissa were amazing hosts, responsive, and extremely helpful with local recommendations. Their attention to detail truly showed. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a fantastic stay and would happily book again in a heartbeat!

This is a very comfortable apartment with a breathtaking view. Waking up each morning to enjoy breakfast on the beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, and watching the sunset every evening, truly felt like paradise. The apartment is clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need if you prefer to cook and dine in. Maryse was incredibly responsive and helpful—we asked for recommendations for local pastry shops, and she gave us plenty of great options! We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge and the warm welcome sign when we arrived. The apartment is perfectly located just above the beach at Friar’s Bay—don’t miss the beachside restaurants, they’re fantastic! There’s also a Super U supermarket nearby for all your essentials. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back!

The Beach House was everything we expected from the pictures on line. The pool is large enough to cool off and even practice snorkling for a newbee!! The kitchen is well stocked and nicely laid out. The cool breeze off the ocean provides some relief from the hot sun. We sat out most mornings with our tea watching the bay come to life with activity. We used the kayak to get us over to Pinel Island where we spent the day on the beach. Finally the area is secure and we felt very safe. Prior to our trip Margaux answered all my questions concerning restaurants and beaches. She also ensured my grocery order was received and put away. When we arrived Margaux met us at the house and explained where everything was and how it was operated. We had a number of Iguanas and Donkeys visit us during our stay. Thanks for everything. We will be back in 2026.

Nina, Kevin and Melissa were wonderful hosts with quick responses to any questions and the place was exactly as described-gorgeous location including a lovely private pool, and a peaceful and well-equipped vacation home that was ideally laid out for our family of four. The kayaks and snorkeling gear included in the rental were well used in trips out to the sand bar and Pinel island for some wonderful fish spotting. The location was also perfect for day trips to Friar’s Bay, Orient Bay and other great beach spots. Close to the supermarket, wine shops and boulangeries too for your vacation needs. Highly recommend renting from these three as they have other nice spots around the island available if this one is already booked.

Very well located apartment within Saint Martin. Barbara and her partner are great and very welcoming and happy to give any recommendations and help out where they can. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby and close to many beaches. The partner is big and spacious and the room has everything needed for a comfortable stay. I’d stay here again if I was in Saint Martin.

There are a few stays in your life,  where you say, I wish I was living here. Was there shortcomings? Quite a few, no place is perfect Did it matter? Not really A truly peaceful and serene stay. Philippe patiently waited to welcome us personally despite our delay of over an hour due to traffic, and we can confidently say you can trust his word on his promises.
