Beautiful, bespoke accommodation is accompanied by a private outside area perfect for an evening barbecue following a relaxing and soothing spa. Sitting on the central south coast, it’s the perfect space for a couple wishing to explore Cornwall. No detail was overlooked in creating the ideal holiday environment, accessed by a dozen steps located behind private gates next to the main house.

Cosy cottage in a beautiful valley near the beach

Traditional Cornish farmhouse with private garden and patio situated in a beautiful AONB valley and 2 miles from sandy Pentewan Beach. Direct bridlepath access for local walks and connecting to the Pentewan Valley Trail - great for cycling and walking. The fishing village of Mevagissey is 3 miles away with a fantastic range of shops and restaurants. Local attractions include The Lost Gardens of Heligan (3 miles), Eden Project (4 miles), numerous sandy beaches and stunning coast path walks.

Swallow Cottage

Swallow Cottage is centrally located in a quiet village but not far from many popular attractions. There are two bedrooms, shower room, well equipped kitchen/diner open plan lounge. There is a pub and village store (open until late!) within easy walking distance Sticker is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, and within easy driving distance of Charlestown, Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project. The nearest beach is within a short drive of 10 minutes. We welcome dogs. (Max 2)

Cosy escape for two, close to the sea.

Krowji means ‘cottage’ or ‘cabin’ in Cornish and is a timber-framed single-storey build next to our 300 year old cottage. A cosy, yet light and airy retreat for two, Krowji is located at the end of a private lane in Carlyon Bay, just a 20 minute walk from the bustling historic harbour of Charlestown. Krowji offers off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed outdoor courtyard with seating areas. * Please note, although at the end of a quiet lane, we are next to the main rail line.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Tig’s Barn

Tig's Barn is a beautiful high quality newly converted detached barn near the Historic village of Tregony on the Roseland Peninsula. Open plan living with Heating, wood stove, shower room, stairs to mezzanine with king size bed and panoramic views. Outside area: private gated parking with EV charger ( charges apply) patio with BBQ and garden. Local beaches 10 minutes drive , centrally placed for Gardens and Attractions. Ideally situated for exploring both North and South Cornwall.

The Den in the Heart of Cornwall

The Den is nestled away in a private setting in the heart of Cornwall. Warm, bright and fully equipped on the inside and with outside seating areas for alfresco dining on those pleasant evening’s. The Den has everything needed for a relaxing get away. Located just a ten minute drive away from The Eden Project and Charlestown with a selection of restaurants and pubs. The rugged north Cornish coast is less than 15 miles away with breathtaking coastal walks and beaches aplenty.

Periwinkle is a cosy harbourside cottage in Charlestown. It is surprisingly big on the inside with an open plan layout on the ground floor with kitchen, dining area and lounge plus a downstairs shower room. Upstairs is a cosy double bedroom with a king-size bed, a lovely bathroom and another lounge taking advantage of the beautiful harbour and sea views. Private courtyard garden with laundry and access to the harbour and private parking outside the cottage.

Kingfisher Cottage at Nansladron Farm is a beautifully furnished & cosy self-contained cottage in the grounds of our 16th century grade II listed farmhouse. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations. We have a fogging machine with anti-coronavirus products that we use before every check-in.

Enjoy a glass or two of bubbles in our wood fired hot tub- a tranquil & heavenly escape from the hustle & bustle of daily life.

Squirrel Hut

Shepherd hut located in a field of its own, in quiet location of St Austell. Situated in a private area of a small farm with stunning views. Sleeps 2 with the option of pitching a tent at an extra cost. Electric stove, en suite bathroom and shower, small fridge and hob. Fire pit and bbq. Dogs are welcome for an additional cost and must be added to the booking. Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature.
