KT’s Cottage Tiny Home near the Suwannee River

KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Enjoy grilling while relaxing in the swing or sitting by a campfire

Serenity on the Suwannee River Retreat

Take some time to relax and watch the river and your cares roll away. Home has high speed fiber internet. The front porch overlooks the Suwannee river and faces west for perfect sunsets while listening to the sounds of nature. This two bedroom one bath cottage has 4 acres of fully fenced land that is yours exclusively. Stroll the grounds and look for deer, rabbit or in the evening lighting bugs. Take a trip to the many springs that the area has to offer for swimming or world class cave diving.

Pure Country Getaway

Experience the beauty of Old Florida country while being centrally located between many natural springs, state parks, the famous Suwanee river, & the Gulf, all just a short drive away! A peaceful, private country setting, where you can take in the majestic live oaks while sitting by a campfire gazing at the stars after a day of exploration with your loved ones(human &/or dog). Bring your tent & camp in the yard if you like! It's all about spending priceless time together and creating memories.

Papa Joe’s Lake House

Quiet little piece of heaven on earth. Enjoy the lake, sit by a fire, enjoy the nature God has provided in our sanctuary on Pickett Lake. Boat ramp is 100 yards down the road. 4 kayaks, canoe, and paddleboard are provided, all of which can be launched from the house. Fish from the dock or explore the lake. Use the grill or take a short drive to Branford or Mayo and enjoy some of the restaurants. Come boat, fish, or swim in the lake or just enjoy the lake view. Outdoor fire pit includes wood.

Log Cabin, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6) -450 yards to the Suawnnee River. Come enjoy the peace and quiet at Red Bird Cabin with 16 private acres on the historic Suwannee River. Surrounded by giant, sleepy live oaks, lemon, and orange trees, you will thoroughly enjoy getting away from it all! The property is a wonderful retreat with a large, open yard and gorgeous views. Bring your fishing poles. Bring your boat! There is a private boat landing on the property 450 yards from the cabin.

Cute, cozy, small town home, centrally located, newly remodeled 3 bedroom 1 bath home. If natural clear springs are what you are looking for then you will be a few miles from several. The Itchetucknee River State Park is 28 miles away with clear spring fed waters. The Suwannee River is 4 miles with the old cable suspension Hal W. Adams bridge. Mallory Swamp WMA is a 15 min drive. 33 miles away from Steinhatchee and the coast. All the comforts of a cozy home with a fully stocked kitchen.

Suwannee River Getaway

Suwannee River getaway in beautiful Gilchrist County, Florida. A beautifully kept one bedroom, one bath, modular home on a wooded lot with plenty of parking for boats and trailers. This house sleeps 2 in the single bedroom. We have tried to provide every amenity for a relaxing stay. Ideally situated across from the Rock Bluff boat ramp for the boating and fishing enthusiasts. The Rock Bluff General Store is right next door, Rock Bluff Springs is across the street.

Suwannee River Paradise

Remote cozy cabin-Two riverfront acres, 2 solo kayaks + 1 tandem for use with waiver. Private walk 500 ft through woods path to the riverfront. The well water is sulfur and tanic, so please bring drinking water! Sleeping loft for two more guests upstairs. Springs galore in this section of the Suwannee. Diver's paradise, "Peacock Springs" network is a short drive. Springs map provided. Conditions vary with river. It is advised to check with your host a week prior.

River Retreat

In the heart of Florida's cave diving region. Located right on the Suwannee River. Near by attractions; Royal Spring with Boat Ramp; 4 miles; Little River Spring; 8 miles;Troy Spring; 17 miles; Blue Hole Spring; 20 miles; Ichetucknee Spring; 22 miles; . As of now, the dock and stairs going down to the river are under re-construction. But can still get down to the river. I have 3 large dogs, let me know when you might arrive. So I can have them inside.
