Fridge, oven, dishwasher and microwave are present and left in your equipment. There are also pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, everything is ready to enjoy your sea view dinners. There are two bedrooms: Main bedroom: a really charming bedroom, equipped with spacious wardrobes, wonderful drawers and a beautiful sea view balcony, private, where you can rest after a quiet shower. The room is very special because it is also characterized by the private bathroom in the room, separated from the glass walls, in order to see the sea even in the shower. Secondary room: a spacious and extremely bright room with a comfortable double bed and large fitted wardrobes. The overlooking the inner courtyard of the building makes the room extremely quiet. There is also a second bathroom with a large shower, characterized by marvelous wooden wardrobes. The bathroom is for the whole house. From the living room you can access the terrace through a beautiful teak staircase. Each wooden element of the house has been made to measure and hand-made by skilled and experienced hands of an important local cabinetmaker. The terrace is equipped to be the true undisputed protagonist of the house. A comfortable sofa area will welcome you to make you feel welcome. If you are warm, you can cool off in the jacuzzi or rest on one of the deckchairs provided. There is a large wooden table under the main patio to enjoy dinners under the stalls. The terrace is equipped with a kitchenette with fridge and sink and a barbecue corner for roasting in company. You will notice in the house the presence of very special fat plants, they are a great passion of the owner (The father of Marta), we ask you to take extreme care during your stay :) The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating. The whole house and the terrace are at your disposal. You can also use a carport. We will not always be available for work reasons, unfortunately! We tend to love getting to know you and talking to you, but sometimes it may be difficult to be there in person.
