We have outfitted our home to reflect our modern tastes and to accommodate all the creature comforts we enjoy on vacation. This secluded riverside location is just the place for a quiet and comfortable getaway, 3 miles from downtown Salida. Our rural setting is beautiful in every season, offering views of the mountain valley as well as direct access to fishing easements on the Arkansas River. The private suite is an addition to our home with its own exterior entrance, bathroom, kitchenette, and small dining area. This space is most comfortably used by 2 adults with children, or 3 adults sharing the suite.

Our place is a 10-min walk to the hot springs swimming pool and close to downtown Salida and the bike path. You’ll love our open house with its quiet neighborhood, pastoral setting and beautiful views of the Collegiate Mountains. Just 30 minute drive to Monarch ski area. We do have a no pet policy at our home. There is a nice shaded area in our back yard and a large deck with a BBQ. Quaint adobe house located across the street from the Salida Hot Springs Pool and town park. Volley ball, Epic Skate Park and a kids splash park. Soulcraft Brewery two blocks to the east and the Casa Calaca a local Mexican Restaurant right across highway 50. This house has a lot of amenities right out your front door. Close to down town with a bike path and a dog park located two blocks to the north I have included two town cruisers to get you where you need to be!!
