This peaceful creekside cottage is located 1.5 miles from downtown Salmon on a quiet residential street. A private deck looks out onto Pollard Canyon Creek. Two bedrooms feature a queen and a double bed, along with a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate extra guests. The private apartment is newly constructed in 2023 and has a closed off entrance to the main house. The space is well suited for families, couples, river groups, and business travelers alike.

Once you park on the wide space driveway you will have access around the house and out to the patio by wheelchair or walker. Close to Payette Lake and the town center. Everything you could desire for a nice getaway in McCall. The studio has one queen bed. The kitchen has a range, refrigerator, microwave, and dishes. Pets are ok, but please keep them off the furniture. Separate entrance to a studio apartment with wifi, and Roku TV, very private, on the ground floor. We are proud to be environmentally proactive with solar panels, bamboo paper supplies, and biodegradable plastic bags.

Downtown Suite, with patio (Suite use only) 2 full size queen beds, one is a Murphy that when closed, leaves a very spacious room, or the dining table can be set up. The bathroom is X large, 2 sinks, separate shower and soakèŕ tub, and makeup table. There is a kitchenette, with its own sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, induction burner, coffee station, pots, pans, and dishes for your use. We also have an electric grill (works great) on the patio.
