This Nest is Best

30 day minimum per city ordinance-Quiet backyard space in the city. ,9th&9th shops,coffee, restaurants.Guests love the location and proximity to the U (a bus stop is 1/2 block-to U) and downtown is a quick Uber ride and bike ride. Parking is right next to the unit you have your own little courtyard to come and go as you please. Easy stay in SLC. I do have chickens, a fat cat, and a couple dogs that are not allowed in your courtyard. Also, no animals allowed in the bnb so it is allergen free.

Harvest Lane Cottage is on a quiet and calm country road right in the middle of suburban of Salt Lake. The .5 acre property has a freshly remodelled home with wide views of the mountains. The yard has a tramp, swing set, fire pit, grill, ample seating, grazing horses (directly behind) and a nearby community pool that can be scheduled for just your group. This is a perfect retreat for families with kids. Enjoy the country vibe in the heart of the city. Close to ski resorts, Utah Lake, and more.

Charming cottage in the heart of Sugarhouse. New kitchen, wood floors. Private back yard, covered parking. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Easy access to the U of U, Westminster College, & ski resorts. We allow pets, with a $50/pet fee. It is not permitted to leave pets outside unattended. Thanks for being considerate! Full disclosure: It has toilet, tub/shower and sink, but the bathroom is pretty small and tight! Check-in instructions provided 24 hours prior to arrival.

A cozy and private restored 1892 Queen Anne home in the eclectic SLC Avenues. The look and feel of the late 1800s with all modern amenities. Close to downtown SLC, the U of U campus, convention center and public transportation. If you just want to get away, this is the place. You will find light snacks, an assortment of teas and coffee and a Keurig Coffee Maker waiting when you arrive. We also provide disposable razors, makeup towelettes and Ibuprofen, as needed.

Quaint and cozy studio Cottage, located on the 22 acres of world famous La Caille Restaurant at the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon. The Cottage has a private hot tub and patio, as well as a fireplace and covered porch to enjoy the secluded forest area nearby. Located only 8.5 miles from Alta and Snowbird resorts. It is 100 yards from the ski shuttle stop, and 18 miles to Brighton Resort.
