You will find this quaint & comfy 2 bed, 1 bath, 900 sqft. home to be perfectly situated for your Salt Lake experience. We are located right in the middle of everything. Within an hour you will be taking in the gorgeous canyon views from (7) different canyons. From skiing in the winter months to hiking in spring, summer & Fall. STYLISH, SPOTLESS and SPACIOUS 3 bedroom apt.

You will love the comfortable beds with soft pillows, the comfy couch and nice finishes. Kitchen has basic utensils, dishes, microwave and coffee maker. There is a 60" tv with cable, Apple TV, Netflix and free movies on demand. There is a pickleball court and hot tub and we are 10 minutes from American Fork Canyon, 15 minutes from I-15 and about 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake if traffic is light. Close to stores and the beautiful outdoors. Space is limited to 6 guests total. No exceptions.

Your stay will be in the idyllic Sugar House neighborhood, a top ranked location in Salt Lake City known for its numerous shops and eateries. The home has an excellent location just minutes off the freeway in a quiet neighborhood. You'll want to explore the expansive Sugar House park and restaurants that are within a short walking distance.
