Sunny, clean, cozy garden cottage with private entrance in the backyard of my home, with a garden view and its own small patio. The space is small, 300 sq. ft. (microstudio), but very efficient. The studio has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed, bathroom with shower, and kitchenette. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, etc., so you can cook meals. It has a mini fridge, electric teakettle, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster oven, and single electric stove burner.

The Apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, Queen bed, Huge TV, and a large living room space. Make yourself at home in the spacious backyard including a basketball court and swing set.

Nature enthusiasts will relish the proximity to Millcreek, Emigration, Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, perfect for hiking, skiing, and biking.

Our space is a large studio apartment with a full size kitchen, washer and dryer for your private use. ** Please note that above the apartment is the hosts kitchen area. With a family of 7 living in the house there can be a fair amount of foot traffic and noise.** Approx. 15 min. from SLC airport, 37 min.Snowbird, 27 min. to downtown Salt Lake. This rental requires that tenants can safely get down stairs.
