Rosie's Studio

Rosie's Studio is a very special place decorated with original paintings by the late Salt Spring Island artist - Rosemaria Behncke. This large, unique cottage/studio is situated on a 25 acre farm in the peaceful south end of beautiful Saltspring Island, close to parks, beaches, Fulford Shops and the Ferry Terminal. Relax in this quiet pastoral setting and enjoy the sweep of the ocean out to volcanic Mount Baker. We welcome families with children and pets. Update: Emily the duck has passed.

This is a great location for discovering the many things the island has to offer including markets, vineyards, brewery, galleries, studio tour, dining, hiking and kayaking. Nettledown Bed and Breakfast

Come stay in our beautiful farmhouse in the lovely Fulford Valley, looking at Mount Maxwell. Family friendly and quiet, we have a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely garden to listen to the birds in.
