A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Self contained 3 bedroom house with beautiful views, free parking, perfect base for exploring Brighton and the South Downs. By staying just outside of Brighton you get free parking (1 vehicle on private drive, 1 on road immediately outside). The house has lovely views and is all recently decorated. Kitchen with new induction hob, oven, microwave, newly added washing machine, new American fridge freezer, recently added dishwasher. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a disco shower :)

The Brambles is a lovely two bedroomed property in a quiet close of 19 houses in Peacehaven, East Sussex. With two double bedrooms, lounge/dinner and a conservatory that has a south facing garden. The décor is cosy and comfortable with the opportunity to prepare everything you need in the compact kitchen. The bathroom has a beach theme, we are not far from the beach and cliffs. Brighton is 7 miles from Peacehaven, Newhaven 3 miles, Seaford is 6 miles, Eastbourne 17 miles.

My home is within easy access to Brighton centre. Car is a 15minute journey and the bus is about 25 minutes ( the number 27 stop is a 2 minutes walk away) We are a 10minute walk to the lovely Saltdean beach or add an extra 10 minutes for a visit to the village of Rottingdean. My home is available for groups of 22 years and older, proof of ID must be provided if required.
