A porch with rocking chairs, brick fire pit and outdoor lighting in the courtyard make this your destination for relaxation. Take a walk in the 20 acres of wooded trails, fish, kayak, paddleboat, read a book, write, listen to music or just take a nap. This property lets you unplug from the world, relax, and connect with nature without giving up modern conveniences.

The Wildflower

Enjoy a relaxing experience at this centrally-located spot, away from the hustle and bustle but only 6 min from Clemson (10 min from Clemson University), nestled in the country in a peaceful, safe neighborhood with lots of privacy surrounding. The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Peaceful, Lakefront Cottage

Our simple, unique (octagonal) cottage is ready for you to enjoy as you take in the serenity of Lake Murray! Have a meal on the spacious deck, go swimming/fishing from the dock, or just relax and observe the many fish, turtles and birds that live in this quiet cove. Our boat is on one side of the dock, and you’re welcome to use the other side for yours. There is a public boat ramp less than a mile away. Siesta Cove is the next cove over and has a general store and gas pumps for your boat.

Our cottage is on a beautiful piece of property that makes you feel secluded and peaceful, but is only minutes away from amazing downtown Greenville, as well as quaint downtown Greer. Quiet, peaceful & secluded, Serenity Lane Cottage is the perfect place to call home away from home! Built new in Fall of 2019! It is located next door to Erskine college. We have added a side patio with a charcoal grill and dining table! Your own private lane and parking, full kitchen, coffee maker & coffee, laundry facilities, and dishwasher make staying with us relaxing and enjoyable! Our location says Donald’s but we are actually on the outside of Due West and Erskine College.

*please note the water is low right now. It is let down every winter for repairs . We have a one bedroom with a queen bed. Living room with 2 couches. Sunroom looking towards the lake with 2 futons that can sleep 2 each. The kitchen is full with pretty much anything you need. Also we have a cooker and charcoal grill on the porch. No Wi-Fi sorry! Please bring your on linens and towels. There are some there and if used would prefer you to wash and put away.
