Spacious two story guest house on a private road situated on Lake Hartwell. Use the double deck dock with 7 mile view for all day fishing, swimming or just relaxing. The guest house with central heating and air is fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, 3 streaming flat screen tvs, two full baths, washer/dryer combo and a large attached deck. Owners live on property but in different residence. Outdoor cameras overlook parking area. Only reserved guests have property access.

The cottage has a front porch with 2 chairs, a 2 person hammock, grill, and a fire pit (wood is provided) with three lawn chairs. There’s a queen bed and also a CordaRoy beanbag (*bed #2) that opens up to a soft bed that sleeps 1 adult or two children.

Walk to Main St. in 10-15 minutes for access to great restaurants, bars, and shopping. 20 minute walk to beautiful Falls Park. Fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee provided. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony. If you're in town for an event at the Bon Secours Arena, avoid event parking fees and stay here. You won't find a closer place to the arena.

This is a tiny house, private and safe in the backyard of a bigger home that is also rented. It is equipped with a kitchen (air fryer/toaster/micro/elec skillet/fridge) a full bath with shower (and towels/toiletries), smart TV, desk, and wifi. All singles and couples are welcome, though bathroom only has curtain, so bathroom noises abound. We can't accept pets.
