The place was cozy and homely. I loved the cute decor all over the place. Kitchen was well equipped and bedroom was warm. Endi communicated well. We enjoyed our stay.

Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful stay! Located right in the heart of the city center, it’s so convenient for exploring everything nearby. The neighborhood was lovely and very welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. The host was great at communicating and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. The house was spotless and well-equipped. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Anri has a beautiful garden to dine outside in the evening. Too bad we didn't have more time to spend in Kutaisi.

A gorgeous drive in breathtaking scenery, then a bowl of hot soup and fresh bread waiting for us in a beautiful, clean and perfectly updated home with incredible charm and love. Tamta was the most amazing host with perfect communication and an eye for design and hospitality. Tamta and Emma made all of our meals, lit fires for us and welcomed us with local specialities like cucumber and tomato salad with walnuts, homemade cheese, tkemali, and mchadi. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and warm and there was plenty of light and hot water. There are several breathtaking walks from the house-we love animals and enjoyed seeing the pigs, boars, cows, and friendly local dogs. I wish we had reserved a week. There was so much to do for families that love the outdoors, history, and reading by the fire. We went home with our bags full of quinces, local honey and incredible memories of Georgia! Thank you, Tamta for giving us such a gift!

Magda was very kind with us. She allowed us to leave the apartment later on, what was great. The apartment was stylish, very clean, full equipped and the location is unique. A quiet street where you can park free, a few minutes from Tamar square.

La casa è grande e si trova in una zona tranquilla. Ho amato la posizione proprio al lato del fiume, vicinissimo al white bridge. Bellissimo poter ascoltare il suono dell’acqua del fiume e poter vedere il white bridge dal letto della camera.

Sehr schöne, saubere, kleine Wohnung. Man hat alles was man braucht und hat seine Ruhe, da man alleine im Haus ist. Und die Lage ist top, man braucht zur Fuß 5-10 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum.

Kate’s apartment is centrally located, with all major attractions in Kutaisi within walking distance. The neighborhood is lively, with plenty of great cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby. The apartment is easy to find and conveniently situated on the first floor. Inside, the apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was perfect for a couple. Kate is a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and always happy to help. My wife and I had a fantastic time in Kutaisi and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kate’s place. Highly recommended!

Great apartment for couples. Sophio is a great host although we never met her in person but we didn't have to. She was always responsive and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommended.

We loved staying at Platon’s place. He was very communicative and let us check in early. It’s got a great view over old town and is very close walking distance to restaurants and the cathedral. We would definitely stay here again

The apartment was very affordable, so we didn’t expect much—and it delivered just fine. It was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials and more. A great option for budget travelers looking for a comfortable stay.

We had a nice stay at Ina's place. The unit is on a high floor with a paid elevator. All furniture was comfortable, the gas oven worked well and extra blankets and towels were provided. The surrounding area is residential with small grocery shops and a Carrefour nearby. About 30 minute walk to downtown. Ina was helpful and responsive. We appreciated the early check-in. A minor negative is that you must have exactly 10 tetri for the elevator (2 fives don't work) or climb up the stairs.

The place looks much nicer than in the photos indeed! Lela and her husband were very friendly. We spent two nights there, rented a car in town, got around the city and to canyons, it was a great stay. Can recommend this place to people who want to be 3 steps away from the pedestrian bridge and the centre, but hesitate about staying close to lively roads (this road is a dead end so cars don't rush through it). Usually we try to keep communication with hosts to minimum, but this time we happened to have many small questions, and Lela was ever so helpful with her responses. The apartment was clean, cozy, nice bathroom, thick walls (quiet with the neighbors). The yard was being renovated (not actively cause of Easter when we stayed) so I assume future guests will enjoy also a clean yard to welcome them. Local dogs can be barking a lot during warm nights, perhaps mind that & the poop if you're sensitive to those. For us it wasn't a major issue & earplugs helped.

Modern,Clean and so cozy! Definitely a recommended and worth place to get in Kutaisi ! Huge thank you to Lizi who helped with everything ! Free parking + PlayStation was definitely something that wasn’t everywhere haha !

Where do I even start? Mate is probably one of the best, if not the best, host I have dealt with. He is very kind, attentive, patient and understanding. Now the place itself is great value for money, especially for one person (and even for up to 2 people I'd say as well), such a huge amount of space, separate kitchen, bedroom and living quarter. It has a desk, a nice bed, a nicely stocked kitchen with practically everything you need. Decent internet speeds and hot water available all day too. The area is really nice too, so peaceful, easy to get to around by Bolt taxi. Lots of useful stores nearby for groceries, medicine, etc. all within walking distance. All in all, do not hesitate to book this lovely place in Kutaisi, it is worth it in every single way. 10/10, 5 star experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very cozy place! Great location, everything was near. But on the other hand there was a lots of privacy and it was quiet. Everything looked exactly like on the pictures. Host was really friendly and communication was easy.
