My stay at this condo was fantastic! It's stylish and offers stunning views. The location is superb - close to everything yet peaceful. The host's hospitality was top-notch, making my stay memorable. Highly recommend for a perfect city getaway!

Schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und zentrale Lage. Direkt mit interner Brücke zum Robinson Mall. Da Zentral an Lacson Street, etwas lärmig. Aus Ausgangpunkt für verschieden Aktivitäten in Bacolod aber ideal. Auf dem Dach hat es einen grossen Pool, Biliard Tisch und kleines Gym.

This place is the best choice if you’re staying longer than a week. It’s in the main part of Toledo. Food choices all around you and just a short walk or tricycle ride away. The public market is right next door. It has everything that you can possibly need. It’s on a busy street, great to watch the people coming and going through town on the balcony. I felt really safe inside with the locking gate at the bottom of the stairwell. They had a garage to store our motorcycle which was really nice .The place really made us feel at home and we treated it as such. This is definitely something we’d consider renting again. Might and Hazel were extremely helpful and polite which is why I give them 5 Stars!!!

Overall stay was great and indeed feels like home. We have left some stuff in the unit and Ms. Dodie and the front desk were very helpful in securing our things and made sure to contact us right away. Super appreciate the easy communication and the super fast wifi was a big plus for my husband and I who were working night shift. Thanks so much!

We felt safe and peaceful in the house and in the neighborhood area, had clean and much ample space, and most importantly, the hosts were very understanding of our needs and responsive throughout our stay. Will come again for our next trip to Bacolod City.

Nice friendly owner and caretaker . Very good customer service which is most important. Spacious tidy home . Electricity cost payable on checkout is clearly costed and reasonable .

Thanks, Jonalyn for opening up your home to us. We had somewhat of a family gathering and stayed a week. We loved the place. Huge double lot, pool and kids pool. Spacious and clean. Loads of stuff to do. Huge parking space. We had some trouble with the water - we might not have been doing it right, but Jonalyn came over and helped us out whenever we needed - thanks again! The place is pretty close to the Save More - and with the fully equipped kitchen, I reckon it’s a great place to unwind, have a BBQ in the al fresco area, cook out! The place is great for a family. Can’t thank you enough!

Lovely stay during Christmas eve. Host was very approachable and was on site when we needed assistance. Perfect house if you want some peace and quiet (in the city). Perfect for families who wants to bond since there’s no tv and other stuffs as a distraction. Would definitely come back. Pool and outdoor garden was really nice.

Manong Ben’s house is very cozy and beautiful. We enjoyed staying in the big house, even though we were having a hard time with water at first but manang Lourdes sent maintenance to get the water pumped fixed. The house has an open space which we love so much. Manong Ben and Manang Lourdes are so friendly and kind. Very close to shopping like SM and lots of little markets for easy meals. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful house manong Ben. I will certainly recommend this house to my friends.

My family and I loved our stay at this residence. It is conveniently located on a main road leading to the town of Isabela, but at a perfect walking distance from the town itself (5 mins. or so), affording us privacy to enjoy the home and backyard without curious eyes trying to peek in. We felt very safe in this home. My wife is from Isabela, and this home was the perfect match for us. She hadn't been back home in over 5.5 years, and our only purpose was to stay local so that my in-laws and wife's extended family could finally meet our children. This was definitely small town living at its best, without lacking any of life's comforts. Thank you Renie for having us over. Also, a special thanks to the two local ladies who made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely be staying at this residence again on our next trip to Isabela!

Good house. The house doesn't have window grills but the subdivision is safe so it's not really needed.

The place is rather small, it would have been ok for 4 people but tight for 5. Th lights in the living room and kitchen are too low (dark)

This place was absolutely amazing! The unit was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed—from a comfy bed to fast WiFi and a smart TV with Netflix. The balcony view was a great bonus, and having direct access to Robinsons Mall made everything super convenient. I loved being able to use the gym, billiards room, and the pool, which was clean and peaceful. Check-in was smooth, and Evelyn was a great host—responsive, helpful, and clearly takes pride in her space. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Bacolod. Highly recommend!

I can’t begin to say enough positive things about my experience. Nona was absolutely wonderful and responsive. I initially stayed two weeks and liked it so much that I stayed an additional week. It is by far the most modern AirBnB I’ve experienced in the Philippines. It’s 80 meters from the Ayala Mall. There are easily a couple of dozen restaurants with in a five minute walk. There is a large Metro grocery store within 100 meters. I think you’ll be very happy staying here.

The place is accessible to everything, very safe, host is very responsive and accommodating. We had a wonderful time and felt like home. I will stay here again when I’m in town. I would recommend it to everyone.

The location was superb to me. I like the peaceful neighborhood of the condo and the accessibility of the shops around - grocery, pharmacy, restos/eateries are just a stone's throw away. I just hope they could improve on the internet connectivity because what we had was just a prepaid wifi and signal was intermittent. Internet connection is very important to me because I usually travel while also working online during the wee hours of the night. Overall, my family loved the place. The owner was also courteous and responsive.
