This gorgeous home is centered around an enormous, 50-foot diameter, open-air rancho perched right above the ocean with a new pool overlooking the surf. A private stair leads down to the sandy beach and tide pools. The two-story sleeping structure adjacent to the rancho and pool, has 4 spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning, ceiling fan, ocean views and an abundance of ventilation. The upper-level bedrooms open onto a large veranda where you can hang in a hammock and enjoy the sea view.

Au 2e étage, vous avez une grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer et ses couchers de soleil unique au monde. Pour les chaleurs de l'après-midi, vous avez la piscine et l’air climatisée dans les chambres.
