San Felice Circeo : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

Das Haus von Luigi ist toll! Es hat drinnen viel Platz, ist super ausgestattet und einen wunderbar großen Garten. Es wachsen viele sehr hübsche Wandelröschen darin, die aber giftige Beeren haben. Hier muss man mit sehr kleinen Kindern gut aufpassen. Der Strand war wegen der Nebensaison leider nicht sehr aufgeräumt, aber das Meer war trotzdem toll. Wir waren ohne Auto vor Ort, es gibt viele Läden, Restaurants und zwei Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Leider kommen die Busse häufig zu früh oder zu spät und man muss in einer Verkaufsstelle oder in einer App sein Ticket kaufen, beim Busfahrer geht es nur Ausnahmsweise und ist dann viel teurer. Nach Anzio (12km) kostet es normalerweise 1,30€ beim Busfahrer aber 7€. Die Betreuung durch Natalia war herzlich und toll und wir konnten An- und Abreise flexibel gestalten.

A beautiful house with great views! It’s private, clean, spacious, well-equipped with everything we need. Check-in and communication with Maria is very easy and we also got great recommendations for restaurants. Bonus is 2 cute dogs 🐶🥰

La casa è molto accogliente, la cucina ben fornita ed il giardino è davvero un idillo. Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato una notte e abbiamo trovato la casa molto rilassante. I due gatti in giardino erano molto socievoli ed educati.

Très beau logement, propre, climatisé et disposant d’une terrasse avec une magnifique vue. L’hôte est sympathique, disponible et réactif. Accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Je recommande !

Great place to stay in Anzio!

Paolo è stato un host eccezionale. Sempre disponibile e cortese, ha risposto con grande gentilezza a tutte le mie richieste. La sua disponibilità mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio durante tutto il soggiorno. Consiglio vivamente il suo bnb a chiunque cerchi un’esperienza senza preoccupazioni e un host davvero attento.

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni in 3 ragazze di Roma e Napoli in occasione di un meeting di lavoro in smartworking, ognuna aveva la sua privacy in casa con le 3 camere da letto, buona connessione wifi e grazie alla sua posizione centrale a Terracina, non abbiamo avuto problemi per uscire a pranzo o cena a mangiare tra ristoranti o pizzerie (ottima quella di Giu Giu’ giusto fronte casa). Supermercato e spiaggia a meno di 2 min a piedi. Splendida terrazza vista mare per la colazione. Comodo il parcheggio riservato e box auto proprio sotto casa. Cucina fornita di tutto anche se non abbiamo mai cucinato. Grazie ancora a Marco per la sua disponibilita’ e cortesia con suggerimenti della zona, non ultimo il suo Centro storico e Cattedrale.

Il nostro weekend nella Casetta di Massimiliano è stato più che gradevole. Casa pulita, dotata di tutto quanto c è nella descrizione, è molto vicina sia al centro che al mare. Massimiliano è stato gentilissimo e disponibile sia per il check in che per il check out, ci ha aiutati a risolvere il Problema Parcheggio che a Gaeta è un po' caro ovunque. Siamo stati veramente benissimo.

There was good communication throughout with Marco, he met us at check in . This was an excellent location, a quiet neighbourhood, very near to shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the wonderful beach. We swam in March ! also, there is a great local market on Weds. This is a huge, stylish and modern flat with lots of space and 4 balconies. There is everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. We had a dinner party for 8, including Italian friends, and it was easy. We would highly rate this accommodation.

Stefano and his brother are exceptional hosts, always available when needed yet respectful of our privacy, striking the perfect balance between attentiveness and discretion. Their home, nestled on a peaceful hill, provided a serene escape while still being conveniently located with easy access to Rome’s ring road, making it a great base for exploring the city and beyond. The house itself was impeccably equipped with everything we needed, ensuring a comfortable and seamless long stay. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing, and we truly appreciated their hospitality. Highly recommended.

Wir waren mit allem super zufrieden und haben uns in Manuels Wohnung direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Es ist eine große, helle Wohnung mit 2 Balkonen, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man direkt am Meer. Vielen Dank für die immer freundliche Kommunikation Manuel. Sehr zu empfehlen.

L’host si è dimostrato sempre attento e pronto ad aiutarci nella risoluzione di ogni piccolo problema, facendoci sentire a nostro agio e benvenuti. È evidente l’impegno e la cura dedicati all’accoglienza degli ospiti, e questo ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più positiva. Siamo felici di essere stati tra i primi a soggiornare qui e auguriamo il meglio per questa nuova avventura. La posizione è centrale e comoda a ristoranti, porto e stazione. A due passi dal mare. Consigliamo sicuramente questa struttura a chi cerca un soggiorno piacevole e un host attento e disponibile.

It’s a very nice apartment with a great view, located close to cafés, restaurants and supermarkets so it’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. It was also very easy to communicate before checking in. We got a response within a couple of minutes and simple instructions so we didn’t have any problems when we got there. Highly recommended to stay here!

We loved our stay in Valentinas apartment. Valentina allowed us to stay at number 3 (rather than nummber 5) due to less steps. We were absolutely thrilled with the location, the view and the apartment. Our purpose to stay in Genzano for more than a month was to 'live like a local' and this apartment allowed us to do exactly that! Very close to restaurants coffee shops, supermarkets and the main street. Highly recommend staying here!

Un séjour parfait dans un appartement très accueillant ! L’appartement est spacieux, propre et très bien équipé, idéal pour se sentir comme chez soi. La décoration est moderne et chaleureuse, et la literie est très confortable. L’emplacement est également un atout : proche des transports, des commerces et des points d’intérêt. Le propriétaire est réactif et attentionné, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement cet appartement et n’hésiterai pas à revenir lors de mon prochain passage dans la région.

Francesco è stato un fantastico host. Ci ha accolto come se fossimo a casa nostra ed è stato flessibile con check in e check out. La casa è molto spaziosa, pulita e piena di comodità. La cucina dispone di tutto ciò che serve per cucinare, le stanze sono ampie e ordinate. La vista sul mare è spettacolare, e il balconcino con il tavolino dove mangiare fa godere ancora di più del panorama. La spiaggia è a due passi così come il centro della città con tutti i servizi necessari. Ci siamo trovate davvero bene e sicuramente torneremo!

Super séjour, la vue est impressionnante depuis l'appartement. Le logement en lui même est très agréable.
