San Gimignano : locations de vacances adaptées aux enfants

We were six adults, two children (3-year-olds) and one infant staying at the house for a week. It’s located in a secluded spot with a large garden and beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape. We used all of the five bedrooms upstairs and they were dark and cool. The kitchen and living room downstairs also stayed cool. Right outside the kitchen there’s a really nice spot that’s in the shade for the most part of the day, where we had most of our meals. This is a great place to relax and enjoy a dip in the pool. However, you definitely need a car to get around. The gardener came around several times a day to maintain the pool etc. We appreciated this, but might be good to know if you’re looking for complete privacy. We also had some issues with the bathrooms; one toilet and a shower didn’t work properly but were fixed within a day and this didn’t affect our experience. The washing machine didn’t work despite repeated attempts by the host to fix it. The barbecue is in the trash room.

Absolutely stunning views and a beautiful, well appointed home! We loved our stay here and found Suzy to be incredibly friendly and helpful! We would love to stay again and highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

Das Haus ist wunderbar, ein altes Steinhaus, liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Trotz des kalten Wetters war es kuschelig warm. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, wir konnten direkt vom Haus aus in die toskanische Landschaft mit herrlichem Ausblick wandern.

Vi njöt av våra dagar i Albas boende och vi kommer mer än gärna tillbaka. Otroligt vacker omgivning, väldigt fint och välstädat boende och otrolig service av värdinnan. Ett boende som passar både barnfamiljer, par på genomresa och de som vill bo en längre period i det vackra Toscana.

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is just off the beaten track and we loved that! Everything is so close by, but the apartment allows you to be just out of the touristy area but yet still in it all! Perfect for a family of 4- and we have tall adult children!

Awesome stay at Nico's! The location: walk 15 minutes to the Duomo. Even better, a short walk from some of the best coffee shops, restaurants, and our preferred market Sant Ambrogio (more local, amazing produce, and some delicious bites). The apartment: has everything you need, very clean, quiet at night. The host: Nico was fantastic! Clear on instructions, highly responsive, and provided excellent recommendations. Really appreciated his offer to take us on a walking tour (great perk!), time-willing we would have definitely taken him up on the offer. Grazie mille for the hospitality, Nico!

Giuseppe and Margherita's place were one of the best places we've stayed. We were welcomed with a wonderful homemade pie and more. The place were spotless and big. The balconies were a bonus. Very close to the old city.

Logement proche de l’aéroport, de la gare et du centre-ville. Tout y est parfait ! L’appartement est au calme et bien équipé. Nous y avons très bien dormi. Daniela est très disponible, prend des nouvelles et donne des conseils de visites, de restaurants ou autres. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Nous avons adoré séjourner chez Federica ! L’emplacement est idéal et l’appartement est top ! L’ascenseur est un vrai plus Parole de jeune parents avec un bébé

Beautiful and spacious apartment, has all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. The photos don’t do it justice! The hosts are very communicative, hospitable and responsive, we really enjoyed our stay. The arrival instructions were detailed and clear. The apartment is in a great location, just 10 minutes walk from the main train station. We hope to visit again!

A localização é ótimo, ficamos hospedados com dois bebês e nos atendeu perfeitamente. O anfitrião nos indicou restaurantes, mercado, valeu muito. Fomos a pé da estação, mas indico pegar um táxi. Com as malas é um pouco difícil por causa das ruas de pedra. Tem tudo próximo, pelo custo x benefício acredito que vale a pena!

We had the loveliest time at Sophie’s (and George’s) apartment in Rimbocchi. Beautifully furnished, well equipped, tucked away in the casentine mountains - all in all perfect for a quiet and peaceful stay. Lots of beautiful hiking routes just a stone’s throw away. Plus: a little bakery, renowned in the area, just across the street = fresh bread every morning :) we enjoyed every minute in Rimbocchi. Thanks so much - we will be back!

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno! L'appartamento si trova vicino al centro, a due passi dalla Galleria dell'Accademia, in una zona dove c'è meno affollamento di turisti. È un appartamento rinnovato di recente, ben arredato, confortevole, pulito e più ampio di quello che si percepisce dalle foto. Ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie per soggiorni medio-lunghi e Andrea, l'host, è stato molto ospitale e disponibile. Molto utile il piccolo ascensore, visto che l'appartamento si trova ai piani alti.

Luca is a wonderful host and very responsive. His place was very easy to get to from Santa Maria Novella. The bed was comfortable and there were enough amenities in the kitchen to cook with. Bathroom had enough hot water. Host doesn’t provide soap or shampoo so you do need to pack your own. It was so easy to get to all the locations we wanted to in Florence from Luca’s place. We found the location quiet at night, and our infant was able to sleep well. We did have an issue with mosquitos the first night, but Luca was able to help us my providing some mosquito repellent.

One of my favorite AirBNB experiences. Marco and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts - Lorenzo met us at the door and showed us around. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room quite large. The 2 bathrooms were a godsend, as I was traveling with my 18 year old niece, and she definitely enjoyed the privacy. We made good use of the washer and dryer, as we were halfway theough a 2 week trip. I loved every bit of my stay - not one thing I would change. Simply wonderful!

La host Marta è sempre stata super gentile e disponibile, già prima del check-in.L'alloggio è stato restaurato da poco con materiali moderni e di qualità.La posizione è fantastica:la spiaggia(anche quella libera)è vicinissima e comoda da raggiungere, e il centro dista pochi minuti a piedi percorrendo il lungo mare(Via Italia).Ristoranti ottimi nelle immediate vicinanze e Conad proprio di fronte. Le uniche due pecche a mio avviso riscontrate (ma ci tengo a precisare che non dipendono da Marta, ovviamente!) sono state:soprattutto il venerdì/sabato sera, il quartiere è un po' rumoroso per ragazzi chiassosi e motorini sgasanti, anche perché sfortunatamente esattamente di fronte all'alloggio c'è un porticato che fa rimbombare voci e rumori, ma per fortuna Marta ha dotato l'alloggio di serramenti che, se chiusi, permettono un ottimo isolamento acustico; lo stabile è un po' vecchiotto, sicuramente non all'altezza dell'appartamento. Complessivamente siamo stati molto soddisfatti del soggiorno!

All perfect and easy! Very cosy and nice apartment, ideal for a family of 4 like us visiting Florence for a family reunion. Lots of nice ottiene restaurants nearby , 10-15 minutes easy walk to Ponte Ve. Gio and the center. There is also a bus stop by the house. The private carpark was a real plus and Morena is always available and easy to reach fir useful advice or anything you might need.

What a wonderful property! You walk in the door and are immediately taken by the frescoes on the walls and the decor. The windows open to the streets below that are action packed in the heart of Florence. Walking distance to everything you could want to see. Lorenzo was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. He did everything he could to accommodate us. I highly recommend this property.

Large airbnb tucked outside the city. Location is very walkable. Space is large, and unit is clean. Marina & her team were very accommodating with us as well, which I appreciate!
