Welcome to the vintage 100 year old original guest Cabin, nestled over the Salish Sea on a private estate with two cabins, beach, camp fire, kayaks & paddle boards. Seals, otters, eagles and deer are your neighbors. Walk to Turtleback Mountain south trailhead for grand views above. The secluded Hot Tub is tucked under cedar trees, over the beach, private for either cabin, but not at the same time.

Hill House Private Entry Suite - No Cleaning Fee

Cleaned and sanitized with no cleaning fees added to your cost! Your suite (375 square feet) is at the front of our house with a pvt. entry living room, a small bedroom with a big bed and a double sofa bed. There is a window seat with a view, your own bathroom, a small kitchenette with dishes, wifi, TV, microwave, etc. You get the driveway. Power outlet on front porch. We have a small dog. WE LIVE IN THE BACK OF THE HOUSE WITH A LOCKING DOOR BETWEEN US. PLEASE READ ALL INFO BEFORE BOOKING!

Please note that April 25-May17 there will only be a passenger ferry to and from Lummi Island. Our farm is a peaceful respite from the harried pace of life most people contend with. We respect our guests' privacy, but are always available if needed. We strive to provide our guests with the same beauty, security and peace we have enjoyed on the island for 30 years. We encourage guests to enjoy the property, visit the chickens, and walk the orchards and flower & vegetable fields.

An exclusive location with amazing views, private beach, two kayaks, above water deck, a Japanese Soaking Tub, and outdoor fire pit. All within a five minute walk to Eastsound. Kayaks, bicycles, mooring buoy, and crab trap are available for free on site for use with a signed Release of Liability located in the three ring binder in the unit.

This historic farmhouse sits on 8 acres of private land in the quiet southeast corner of Lopez Island. The property abuts San Juan Island National Monument. The large back porch has a pergola that allows guests an indoor/outdoor living during damp or very sunny weather. The Cozy Bungalow perfect for lounging around on the bed and watch T.V. So not much work gets done that’s for sure. While hanging around watching T.V. all day and sleeping sounds great, there’s lots of other stuff to do too. We keep the breakfast nook open 24 hours a day. There’s lots of deck space and outdoor seating for warm days. Most importantly, we have two hot tubs for our guests to use!
