San Juan : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

Had a great time for a few days on our first visit to PR. It was so simple to get to the beach! We used the chairs provided and rented an umbrella for $15. Very easy to navigate with kids and felt safe - it was loud at night with cars blasting music so pack earplugs. Would def recommend!

We LOVED staying at this Airbnb and had a fantastic time! Maribel is a wonderful host!! Super clean, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds!! Beach chairs, beach towels, volleyballs etc. all for us to use. The beach is right out the back door and the view from the unit's second floor balcony is dreamy-ocean, palm trees, beach all SO close!! We loved sitting and drinking coffee and watching the waves and people and dogs! The building only has 2 units per floor and we never saw anyone! Very quiet building. Very safe, family friendly area. The beach is amazing!! So clean!! Beautiful trees for shade, family friendly and a dog lover's paradise!! Several sand vb nets and many people played vb or pickle ball-so fun to watch! Lively, very walkable area- we walked everywhere- for groceries, breakfast, dinner, so much only a few blocks in every direction. Took Uber to OSJ several times - easy! We highly recommend Maribel's Airbnb - u won't be disappointed! We would love to visit again soon!

The place was great, with a nice balcony view to the beach, clean and nice pool. Airbnb was clean and just exactly how it was described in the listing, very much worth what I paid, to not leave out that they were very flexible with our check out time was allowed to check out 2hrs after normal checkout time, definitely recommend.

This place was perfect. I was there for work so I didn’t get to experience as many fun things as I’d have liked, but the location was great. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance and right on the beach. Highly recommended!

Perfect location / set up for beach access. It was exactly what we wanted. We also were there during an island wide blackout, and the host was proactive about reaching out to make sure we were okay. Very lovely time.

Ligia’s place was exactly as described. It was easy to check in and there is a direct view of the beach from the sliding doors . Place isn’t huge nor the fanciest but extremely comfortable , convenience with a beautiful view . There was also a nice pool and it felt very secured because of the security booth in the property. There is also many places to eat and a club nearby. Ligia herself was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. She even picked me up from a restaurant nearby when she learned that it had started pouring rain outside and I didn’t have an umbrella . Would definitely recommend and stay there again .

- The location is in the best part of Condado, short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars, hotels’ bars and casinos. There are a few variety stores at Ashford ave, also Super Max is just 20-25 min walk away. - The unit has spectacular view of ocean and lagoon with relaxing sound of waves. It is clean with modern and cozy decoration. IAlso it’s well equipped with all you need during your stay. - Victor is a great host, always available and responded fast before my check in and during my stay. I would definitely stay in Victor’s place next time.

What an amazing stay. I go to PR yearly and this is my second time on a solo trip to PR within the past 4 years. Easy check in. Great location. Easy to walk around or take one of the scooters to get almost anywhere nearby for food, drinks, beach. And close to all the bars for nightlife or a quick uber ride away into old San Juan. I would definitely book again. Very clean space and private.

Great House! Breathtaking views and privacy. The courthouse and pool area were amazing. We loved the covered table area. Safe. Great Host! Mildred took care of everything. She gave us detailed instructions to make getting to the house and inside easy. Location: Highly recommend Buenos Ayres and Mar Caribe restaurants. Both are a 5-8 min walk from the house. There’s a large grocery store just a 5 min drive away with all you would ever need. Finally, easy access to main highway that takes you to Old San Juan, Condado, or back to airport in 10-15 mins. Traffic might spike that to 15-20 but you’re near everything in this amazing house. I have business in PR in the coming months and I might just rent this place again. It was that nice. Everything was perfect here. We have a small child and the space was absolutely amazing for all of us. We were wanting a chill place with room to rest and close proximity to things around and this totally hit all the things. The owner is on site and was a delight. She gave us some great recommendations for the area and seemed extremely chill. 10/10 will come back.

We had a great stay at Christina and Ramon's house. Christina thinks of everything and the house is clean and very well stocked! She even has Downy scent boosters! The house has gated parking included, which is rare. The house also has a generator, which was amazing when there was an island wide power outage. The house is close to two great beaches and she gave us same great recommendations. The kids loved the pool! The only thing that I didn't realize, which is my fault is that one of the bedrooms (with a full bed) was downstairs and my daughter did not want to sleep downstairs by herself. I was worried about the proximity to the airport but we barely heard the planes and they did not impact our stay at all! I would highly recommednd staying here!

Enjoy the home very much well kept with all amenities. The view was beautiful and the host Omar very helpful. Will definitely consider in the future.

Beautiful home, right on the water. Beach is steps away. House was clean, comfortable, and authentic. Neighborhood is gated, safe, and plenty of excellent restaurants and a grocery store within a few minutes walk. Would happily stay again!

Everything is close, excellent space, I liked it and I recommend it

My friends and I had the best time here! The pictures did not do this place justice, the view was absolutely incredible. Everything was clean and they had everything we could have needed including beach chairs, towels, and all other important amenities. The staff of the building were also so kind. We can’t wait to come back!

Sheila had texted me with videos and texts that had all the instructions. The first day the entire island lost power and Sheila communicated with me the entire time everything that was going on and asked if there was any way she could help. The view was stunning, the apartment had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Tania was an amazing host, super accomedating and responsive. The space was clean, walkable to many restaurants, and very easy access to the beach. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone

Absoloutely amazing location--you can hear the waves at night, you can sit on the balcony and watch the ocean while enjoying your breakfast. I walked barefoot to the beach every day--its that close. The space is cozy, well maintained and welcoming. Marcos is extremely kind and friendly :) Would love to stay here again thanks so much Marcos!

We had a great stay here. Felix was super responsive if anything was needed. The place was very modern and smelled very clean. The playita del condado was walking distance, super close. Instructions were very thorough as well for check in/check out. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

I do a lot of research when it comes to Airbnbs. This place was pretty much perfect. Comfiest sofa bed EVER, sofa beds are typically the worst to sleep on. This was so much on the beach that our uber driver dropped us off in the sand lol Great communication from the host, as the island was in the midst of a power outage. They assured us we would be good and we came anyways and I’m so glad we did. My teenager was impressed with the led lights lol . Great water pressure and hot. Clean place and plenty of walkable things to see and do. I truly loved this Airbnb.
