The house is private and is spread over two floors connected by a spiral staircase. The heart of the home is the large, bright living room, furnished with a chaise lounge sofa, a double sofa bed, a rattan set with table, and comfortable loungers with cushions. The dining table seats up to eight people, and the 50” Smart TV with Netflix included makes even the quietest evenings enjoyable. The real “wow effect” comes when you open the French door: from the living room and from one of the double bedrooms, you can step out onto the sea-view terrace, furnished to be enjoyed from morning to evening, with a dining table, comfortable chairs, an outdoor sofa, and sun loungers with premium mattresses. From here, you can then walk directly down to the sand, where the property provides an umbrella and two additional sun loungers for your use. The house has three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one room with two single beds that can be joined together, perfect for children or friends. With mattress toppers, memory foam pillows, armchairs, mirrors, and wardrobes, you’ll have everything you need to relax after long days by the sea. Bed linen and towels are included in your stay, so you can travel light and find everything ready upon arrival. Two baby cots are also available in the bedrooms upon request. The two recently renovated bathrooms with windows are decorated with beautiful colorful majolica tiles: one very spacious bathroom on the lower floor with a separate shower and bathtub, and the other on the upper floor with a bathtub. Both are complete with sanitary fixtures, LED mirrors, hairdryers, and complimentary toiletries. The kitchen, convenient even for longer stays, is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and accessories. The experience is completed by ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room, independent heating, typical Ligurian vaulted ceilings, and high-quality linen. The outdoor patio next to the kitchen is also available and can be used as storage for bicycles or similar items.

Notre maison sur trois étages (restaurée en 2008) au centre de Finale est idéale pour familles, groupes ou pour tous ceux qui souhaitent confort. Plus de 300mq avec 7 chambres à coucher, 4 salles de bains, et grand séjour/cuisine de 80mq avec à manger confortable pour 12 personnes et terrasse avec vue sur les montagnes. 7 chambres disposent de 15 lits plus un petit lit pour bébés. Dans les salles de bain se trouvent trois douches et deux baignoires. Grâce à la TNTSAT, la télévision offre la possibilité de voir les chaînes italiennes et les chaînes françaises. Le rez de chaussée (avec sa cour intérieure) permet de ranger bicyclettes et matériel pour le trekking et l'escalade et une fois traversée la rue vous êtes à la plage! Maison en bord de vieille ville, à quelques pas de l'église, plages et commerces. Pas de parking privé. Parkings publics dans la Promenade du Val et au boulevard de Garavan. Il y a un lave linge et un sèche linge à disposition avec possibilité de faire sécher son linge au soleil (ligne de linge au dessus du jardin attenant). A l'étage se trouve une chambre à coucher avec mezzanine (un lit double et un lit simple). Un canapé lit dans la pièce à vivre au RDC permet d'héberger une 4ème personne.
