Si trova a 20 minuti da Firenze, 40 da Siena e 50 da Pisa, in pochi minuti si raggiunge Certaldo (città natale di Boccaccio) e Vinci (città natale di Leonardo Da Vinci). la casa è a metà strada tra Montespertoli e San Casciano (7km).

La propriété se trouve à un endroit très calme et bien ventilé. Deux cuisines équipées d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un réfrigérateur, d'une plaque de cuisson et d'un four sont à la disposition des hôtes. L'une de ces cuisines est située à l'extérieur, à côté de la piscine, avec une salle de bain complète avec douche à eau chaude.
