Rosedale Private Cottage, artists paradise.

Rosedale accommodation is perfect for a family of four, two adults and two children, or three adults. Our property is situated in Rosebery Highlands 4 km from New Denver. We have four acres of beautifully landscaped gardens overlooking the Valhalla Provincial Park. We have an amazing vista looking 20 km down Slocan Lake with incredible weather watching. There are beaches, cycling, hiking trails, skiing, and boating opportunities. We happily lend our canoe, with paddles and life jackets too.

John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

The sun-drenched deck faces a gorgeous ponderosa pine, and is a few steps away from an active game trail. We share this beautiful seven acre property with elk, deer, rabbits, a friendly neighbourhood fox, two ravens, and countless wild turkeys who enjoy eating Gabriela’s rye and buckwheat flowers.

Come and enjoy a fresh, spacious, immaculate haven in beautiful Kaslo, BC. Our suite overlooks the beautiful Purcell mountain range and is surrounded by forest. We are located in upper Kaslo, a short walk to trails along the river and a 15 minute walk to the village and the lake (or a 30 second drive! ) This cottage is a place to relax, take in the mountain air, and explore what Kaslo has to offer.
