Stay in a former Old English Cosy Pub, with three inglenook fire places. Located in a small village in West Norfolk 36 mins from coast and 21 mins from Royal Sandringham Estate. Pet Friendly, we welcome up to 3 dogs and charge £25 per dog per visit. Recently refurbished offering a large underfloor heated kitchen living room space along with the charm of original features. During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

The Old Piggery at Manor Farm, Runcton Holme.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

Hydrangea Cottage

Welcome to Hydrangea Cottage, located in the charming village of Snettisham. The property is a recently renovated semi detached cottage made from local carrstone. It’s a perfect match for a small family or couples getaway. There’s always plenty to do nearby with a dog friendly beach just over 2 miles away, with the famous RSPB nature reserve next door. Popular pubs and bistros within walking distance. It also a great base to take a trip further afield to see more of what Norfolk has to offer.

Grooms Cottage in West Norfolk

This cosy cottage has a style all of its own. Formerly, the home of the Groom to the Vicarage horses and is located opposite Stable Cottage. Both one bedroom cottages have recently been renovated to a high standard. Located in the village of Middleton, West Norfolk which is a 20 minute drive to the coast, Sandringham Estate Kings Lynn, Ely and many other attractions The cottage has a new kitchen and bathroom, plus lounge and double bedroom. Snettisham is a great bolt hole to enjoy the Norfolk Coast, it has it’s own beach with parking, furthermore bird lovers have a fantastic RSPB area. We are 5 minutes from Sandringham, 10 minutes from Hunstanton and 20 minutes from Holkham and Wells-next- Sea which both have incredible wide open Sandy Beaches.
