Manning cottage was once a school house, but now welcomes visitors to its rooms. Set in a tranquil environment surrounded by birdlife and rolling hills, the cottage is beautifully decorated for practicality and comfort. A well stocked breakfast basket with locally sourced produce is included. The Upper Clarence district offers a choice of outdoor activities including canoeing, fishing, bird-watching, bushwalking, 4wdriving as well as the local show, campdraft, and dog trials are held annually.

Recently renovated, the space is clean and fresh, with beautifully appointed interiors. Warranfels Homestead is far enough out of Tenterfield to be peaceful and quiet, but is a convenient 10 minute drive away, with amazing views of the surrounding countryside. The house was built in 1910 and has been lovingly restored to it’s former glory. It is a grand house with country charm and plenty of room for the whole family. It is situated on 10 acres in the centre of an operating farm. There is 1km of dirt road after you turn off the main road. A 4wd is recommended in wet weather.

A tastefully restored cottage (circa 1890) with 2 bedrooms each with its own ensuite, large veranda, parlor and fully self-catering large timber kitchen, set in a private garden situated on a sheep and cattle property. Situated on a working sheep and cattle property, the cottage due to the topography has limited phone coverage and if you are with Telstra, there is no coverage and there is no Wi-Fi.

Please be mindful before you book that if it rains road will be closed and 4wd will be needed to gain access if conditions allow via different directions. Remote and 15 metres off world heritage listed rainforest.
