The downstairs apartment is yours to enjoy! There are several stairs down to the entrance. It has a private entrance from the backyard with coded key pad. The enclosed backyard is nice if you are bringing a dog. However, we are not hosting people with cats due to allergies. Please do not smoke on our property.

Easy access to ski resorts and hiking: 11 minutes to Big Cottonwood Canyon (access to Solitude and Brighton resorts), and 13 minutes to Little Cottonwood (access to Snowbird and Alta). 20 minutes to downtown SLC, and the airport. 35 minutes to Park City. Dogs welcome with a pet fee; sorry no cats (due to allergies). Please bring your own dog dishes, and keep leashed when outdoors.
