Second Bedroom Small, but bright and cozy (My friend described the experience of sleeping there as 'sleeping in a cloud') Double bed with high quality mattress and bedding. Underfloor heating, limestone floor. Lots of storage, and hanging space. There is an option to make the sofa in the living area into a single bed if guests would rather have their own sleeping space. Main bathroom With a very attractive green marble floor and brass fittings, a full bath and good shower. Extras *Fresh flowers *Towels, hand towels and bath mats are provided. *Luxury shower gel and hand soap provided in both bathrooms. *Collection of travel books relevant to the area. *A full extensive Victoria Terrace brochure produced just for you! Giving you everything you need to know on the house, the local area, and Dublin City and county. A PDF of this will be emailed to you prior your arrival. *Basic food parcel with local specialties. Entire house and garden Myself or my parents will be there to welcome you and show you around the house. If there's any issues one of us will be only a few minutes away. The house is located on a quiet street within easy walking distance of the bustle of the restaurants, theatre, and shops of the internationally acclaimed Dundrum Town Centre. For something quieter stroll to the farmers market, gardens, and cafe at the beautiful Airfield Estate. Take a short and pleasant journey by light rail to the center of the city. The station is just across the street. Visible from the house the beautiful Dublin Mountains are a mere 15 min drive away. Perfectly located in a quiet street beside the Dundrum Luas station (pleasant 13 min journey on LUAS light rail to centre of Dublin (St Stephens Green), trains every 3-5 mins. 7 min walk to the Pembroke District restaurants and some of the best shopping in the city at the award winning Dundrum Town Centre. Rathmines Apartment 1

This a 2 bedroom apartment located on the first floor of the Upper Rathmines area. It is next to a lovely array of shops including a Tescos, a fresh veg shop, a butcher's, a fishmonger, and a hairdressers. This is a residential area and suits first time visitors. To the City Center: Stephen's Green - 3km from the property. Walking: A 36 minute walk. Car: An 11 minute drive. Public transport (The Luas tram system): 26 minutes Free parking is located a 5 minute walk from the apartment

The Coach House

The Coach house has recently been lovingly restored and is full of charm and light. It has a calm, tranquil feel with every comfort a visitor could wish for. It is the perfect place for an Irish getaway nestled on the shores of Blessington lake and surrounded by the majestic Wicklow Mountains. Within 10 mins there are the villages of Ballymore Eustace and Hollywood both with wonderful Gastro-pubs and Blessington for all shopping. Russborough House is also close by and is truly worth visiting.

The Coach House. Taylor Swift Stayed here!

Resembling a Tuscan Farmhouse this 200 years old coach house is simply irresistible. The building was elegantly restored after lying dormant for decades. Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

Newly Refurbished Traditional Cottage Blackrock

The property is a newly refurbished 200 year old cottage which retains many of the original features including granite lintels and fire places. There are two double bedrooms (both beds are standard doubles - 135cm x 190cm), an open plan living area, wooden floors, and a private courtyard with outdoor table and chairs. There are a number of pubs and restaurants in the immediate area. Guests can explore the city during the day and retreat to and relax in a quiet home at the end of the day.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this ideally located oasis. Sandymount village is charming with fantastic cafes, bars, restaurants, boutiques. There’s a little park a few steps away and the beach is a 5 minute stroll away. There’s a bus stop right outside bringing you to city centre in 15 mins or walk it in 30 min. The Dart station is 5 min away, bringing you as far as Greystones to Howth. City bike rentals are readily available if you fancy a bike ride. No car necessary!
