'Sound View' is a gorgeous detached Bermuda home set on 2 acres of private land. This property is a perfect vacation hideaway with unobstructed stunning ocean views of the Great Sound. Here you will feel rejuvenated and relaxed. This standalone home is well equipped with quality modern day living amenities. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and private with access to the pool. This is only shared with the residents of 'Gate House' and 'Lemon Drop' (also rentable on Airbnb).

Lemon Drop is a lovely and peaceful cottage designed for a perfect stay. Ideal for the solo vacationer, couple or 3 people. The living room has a good quality queen sofa bed and a double click clack style sofa bed. The bedroom has a queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with a well stocked kitchenette. The cottage is fully air-conditioned with benefits of ceiling fans. There is wood parquet floor, tiled bathrooms and custom roman blinds throughout. Own private garden and use of the pool.

Rose Hill View - near Golf Course and Whale Bay

The guest suite is a self-contained air-conditioned unit attached to a typical Bermuda built house that sits high on a hill with stunning views of the ocean and is a 5 minute walk (par 4 away) to the Port Royal Golf Course and a 15 minute walk to nearby Whale Bay. There is a pool for guests to enjoy at their leisure. The location is in a friendly neighborhood with public transport including bus (5-10 minute walk) and ferry (15 minute walk) nearby as well as a moped rental business.
