Assel was great, there was a issue at check in (on my end) the communication was very responsive and we had it resolved very quickly. Everything in the apt. was great. The kitchen was big had everything I needed to prepare meals. Overall a great place to stay downtown Springfield.

Great location for seeing the Lincoln historical exhibits. We loved being in this historic building. The house is so beautifully maintained. Our suite was a blend of contemporary and vintage. Bed was comfortable, bathroom lovely. Living room comfortable. Used the kitchenette for light breakfast in the morning. Must be able to navigate steep staircase to second floor. Would love to return during summer months and use the lovely outside space.

I loved this place, it was within walking distance of almost all the historic places I wanted to go to and was a beautiful and clean. It was very nice to stay in a house that was special in its own right. Parking was great and free, and I appreciated the pride flag outside, it made me feel pretty comfortable with who I was giving my money to. I unfortunately did have some issues with the jets in the bathtub, but the hosts were kind about it and promised to look into it before the next guest. The entrance stairs were a bit disappointing as they were a servant’s staircase instead of the grand one inside, but I was satisfied to wander around a bit on my own to see the rest of the house. It would be really cool if there was some more information about it around or someone there to talk to. I did not order breakfast, but the options did look interesting, though unfortunately I couldn’t find a way to order any drinks. Otherwise it was great and I would gladly take another trip here!

We had a great stay. It had all the basic items we needed for an overnight. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay for work, I have like the location, I have extended my stay for three months so far. Hosts have bent over backwards to help out when something goes wrong. I would recommend staying here. The only bad things I would have to say is the stairs, if you’re an older couple and don’t do well with stairs, I would not suggest staying in the attic until. Great place for to stay all around.

We had a fantastic stay at The Audrey! The location is unbeatable—right in downtown Springfield, close to historic sites, great restaurants, and just minutes from the Capitol. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area! The second-floor unit was beautifully designed with a great mix of historic charm and modern comfort. The space was immaculate and well-stocked, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen made meals easy, the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hosts provided clear communication and seamless check-in, making the entire experience effortless. If you're looking for a stylish, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in Springfield, this is it! We’d absolutely stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place was wonderful, exactly what we needed. My husband and I normally don’t sleep well when we travel, but this time we actually slept! The mattress was firm but not hard. I normally sleep on a medium (not firm, not soft) mattress at home and was worried I wouldn’t be able to sleep, but I had no problems at all. Sober was also very responsive, we couldn’t find the extra pillow cases so she brought some over and brought some portable fans for us at 10pm the night we checked in, she was there in less than 20 minutes. There’s a small grass backyard that was perfect for tossing a ball for our dogs so they could get some exercise . I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Springfield, one of my best Airbnb experiences.

Very nice 1 bedroom duplex, clean and orderly. Bed was very soft and had nice bedding. Kitchen had nice amenities and everything I needed to make simple meals. Bathroom was clean and had good quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Towels were thick, plush and there were lots of them.

Very comfortable space. Nice appliances and kitchen supplies. Beds and linens were really nice. Extremely close to grocery and food. I'm a Springfield native and was familiar with the area. I'd definitely stay here again.
