The house sits within minutes of The Hoosier National Forest offering hiking / fishing and a peaceful atmosphere, 50 minutes from Holiday World, and 55 minutes from French Lick. Easy walk to the scenic riverfront and downtown area which includes ice cream shops, restaurants, shopping and hair salon. Short walk to beautiful Rivertown Trail! Come explore downtown Newburgh and with easy access to multiple sites in Evansville the location is fantastic! So many family amenities with no stairs inside house, stroller, pack-n-play, outlet covers, kids books, and highchair provided!

Farm Stay with Sunset Views

This home is on a family farm in Spencer County, IN, just 15 minutes from Holiday World. It boasts open areas both inside and outside for family and friends to spend quality time together. We invite you to watch the cows graze and view the sunset from the back porch. Although the home is located on a rural gravel road, we are fortunate to provide fiber internet/WiFi and city water. The space comfortably sleeps 14 adults. 3 toddlers which don’t count toward occupancy. We offer 1 night stays

This is our personal home we use when lucky enough to be in the area. Our daughter married a sweet young man from here & we fell in love with this beautiful, friendly community and its adorable waterfront and downtown areas. We designed everything about this cottage to be exactly what we want & need, & we hope you appreciate all our thoughtful touches. Relax at this peaceful place to stay & enjoy Newburgh! Our location is also a great base for exploring Evansville, Owensboro, & Henderson.

Christmas Cottage

One block away from Holiday World! This house is a close walk to the park and a 5m drive to Lincoln Boyhood National Park and many other attractions. The house has been lovingly prepared for a Christmas theme and is ready for guests with comfy bedding, updated kitchen and bathroom, large indoor and outdoor gathering area, and all sparkling clean. This house converts from an 8 person (upstairs only) to a 12-14 person (add 4 beds, bathroom, additional kitchenette, and washer and dryer).

Dr. Mitchell's owners' quarters above the original animal clinic now features two bedrooms, an open bunk room for kids, and three full bathrooms. You'll find the original exposed brick throughout the home which adds the perfect vibe to this modern industrial home.
