Valentin has been the man! Providing us with thorough instructions about everything, he has left me and my friends without a single question for the entire holiday. It was a proper BnB with all the amenities in place. Everything worked perfectly and the appartment was as clean as it could be. He gave us full time availability for any circumstance and, believe me, this doesn't fall under the radar. The combination place and host was so sweet that I'm 100% coming back

This Villa is great value for Money. We stayed in peak season, and although it is a little out of the way from the party scene (which we all enjoy), you will not find much better value for money, for quality and size of villa. Taxis came on all occasions when pre booked, except once. Uber was on the island this year as well and we were able to get Ubers from here. Isabella was a fantastic host and answered all queries promptly and with ease when requested. There was no trouble at all. I would definitely stay here again.

Claudia provided great communication on check in, restaurant/bar options, and how to get to the house. She even left snacks and drinks since we were arriving late at night. House and surroundings were beautiful and worked great for our weekend getaway to Ibiza. Thank you, Claudia!

Van alle gemak (tot in de kleinste details) voorzien, voor kinderen als volwassen een feest om wakker te worden en te mogen verblijven. En op alle vragen een snelle reactie. Een fijner vakantiegevoel kan je niet krijgen, onze kinderen wilden niet meer naar huis. Wij komen zeker terug!

Das Haus ist der absolute Wahnsinn! Jeden Morgen mit diesem tollen Blick auf Ibiza Stadt und das Meer aufzuwachen ist wirklich traumhaft! :-) In Echt ist es noch tausend Mal schöner! Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und einfach wie zuhause. Es ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir waren zu 8. in der Villa, die so groß ist, dass sie für jeden Einzelnen einen Rückzugsort bietet. Wir wären am liebsten gar nicht abgereist und werden definitiv alle wiederkommen! Die Kommunikation mit Oliver und der Check-in und -out mit Heike waren einwandfrei, super flexibel und einfach easy going. Vielen lieben Dank & bis zum nächsten Mal! :-)

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad met 8 personen. Er zijn 3 ruime slaapkamers en een apart appartement beneden met nog 2 slaapkamers met aparte badkamer en een keuken.

Nous avons loger dans une villa de rêve ! Nous étions cinq amies et nous avons adoré le logement, l'extérieur avec la piscine est une vraie plus value ! Tout est conforme à la description, le logement est impeccable avec tout le nécessaire pour y passer d'agréable vacances, il y a une place de parking sécurisé, la villa est entièrement sécurisée! La communication avec Éric et Mandy est extrêmement facile et ils sont hyper réactif et chaleureux. nous recommandons à 100% cette villa si vous voulez passer des vacances de dingue !

We recently stayed at Villa Casa Playa and it was beautiful. The location of the Villa is stunning with easy access to the beach. We were probably a bit early in the season so not all shops and restaurants in the area were open yet. We had a rental car so it was not a problem as we could drive to other nearby locations. Susana was available via SMS to answer any questions we had about local facilities. We had a fabulous holiday and made great memories. Thank you Arno.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L’accueil a été parfait, les hôtes ont fait preuve d’une grande flexibilité lors de notre arrivée et de notre départ. La maison est magnifique, impeccablement rangée et organisée, dans un cadre paisible tout en restant proche de la ville. Même si une voiture est recommandée, un supermarché est accessible à pied, ainsi qu’un café à proximité, ce qui est très pratique. Un grand merci aux hôtes pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur réactivité par message et téléphone, ainsi que pour leurs excellentes recommandations. Leur gentillesse et leur belle maison, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, ont largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour à Ibiza. Nous serions ravis de revenir pour profiter à nouveau de ce merveilleux endroit !

Diese Unterkunft war einfach großartig. Vielfältige Sitzmöglichkeiten, vom Frühstück mit Meerblick, über Entspannen am Pool bis hin zu ruhigen Abenden am Kaminfeuer. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und zeigt abends den schönsten Sonnenuntergang! Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit!

Apartamento increíble ! Piscina, relax y súper bien ubicado: 5’ del aeropuerto y zona fiesta a 15€ en taxi. Naemi súper atenta siempre nos facilitó en todo momento la estancia. Volveremos !

Prachtig huis met vrij uitzicht, lekker zwembad met lekkere ligbedden en heerlijk terras. Binnen ook alles top in orde.

Spacious house that’s walking distance to a beautiful view of the Mediterranean sea and Llumbi is a wonderful restaurant. He let Lola - the cat - stay with us and she enhanced the stay.

Oscar e la sua famiglia sono persone fantastiche!Sistemazione ideale per famiglie, libertà e privacy garantita. La Villa infatti ha diversi spazi esterni molto curati e piacevoli: piscina, una zona pranzo esterna riparato dal sole. La Villa è dotata di tutto l’occorrente in cucina ed ha forno e lavastoviglie, non manca nulla, ci si sente a casa. Ci sono climatizzatori in quasi tutte le stanze ma non li abbiamo utilizzati perché la sera era ventilato. Due bagni nuovi e cambio biancheria due volte in una settimana. A soli 5 min a piedi si accede al centro di es pujol e alla spiaggia in cui si alternano lido e spiaggia libera. Posteggio auto coperto e barbecue a disposizione . Esperienza splendida che ripeteremo certamente! Grazie e grati per tutto!♥️

maria is. wonderful host and so kind … the house is beautiful and spacious and so near cala salida which is a gorgeous beach with amazing sunsets and a little bar to the left of the beach .. the house is fully equipped with everything you could need , the tv is great and we watched netflix on it on nights in … we sunbathed on the huge roof terrace every day and were able to get to sam antonio in 5 mins by car … around the corner from pikes and las dalias was a 30 min car drive as was cala salida , cala gracionetta was only 10 mins away and a taxi to the old town was €24 … brilliant stay and already booked for next year x

The perfect house for our family! An old farm renovated with a lot of taste, in a beautiful landscape. Very clean, and well equipped. The right choice to enjoy calm, amazing views, birds singing and a nice swimming pool… while conveniently located in the middle of the island, making it easy for us to move around! A huge thanks to our hosts for the warm welcome and farewell…

Super schoon huis, prachtige locatie en heerlijk rustig. Alles was aanwezig, handdoeken werden halve wege de week werden de handdoeken verschoont, veel tips over de omgeving gekregen via de app. Alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig ook in de keuken. Plek om zeker weer terug te komen.

Location parfaite en famille avec enfants. Hyper bien équipée. Localisation idéale. Gentillesse des propriétaires exceptionnelle. Bref que du bonheur à Ibiza. Merci encore et à bientôt.

Such a great location!! Restaurants and beach are so close by. We also loved just spending time by the pool. This place was so comfortable and clean - also every bedroom was perfect and spacious! Everyone had their own bathroom which was a massive bonus. Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay again - thank you!

Ha sido una experiencia super bonita. Estar con mi perrita en esa casa maravillosa, con esas vistas y la brisa mediterránea que tanto echo de menos. La casa está muy bien equipada y preparada, no le falta de nada. Esta cerca de Ibiza ciudad, aeropuerto y de calas extraordinarias. He descansado muy bien porque la zona es muy silenciosa y tranquila. Mi perrita ha estado muy feliz disfrutando del jardín exterior y del solecito. Volvería sin dudarlo y recomiendo esta casa sin lugar a dudas. Verdaderamente era lo que necesitaba. Nicole Y Gerald han sido super amables y atentos. We had an amazing stay at Alex’s place! The location is absolutely perfect just a few steps from the beach and ideally situated to enjoy Ibiza’s vibrant nightlife. It’s also very easy to get around by car, with quick access to many great spots across the island. Alex was the perfect host: extremely responsive, attentive, and always ready to offer great advice whenever we needed it. He listened carefully to any concerns we had and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay. Thank you again for your hospitality truly made our trip unforgettable!

We werden opgewacht door de man van Elena, Pepe, bij de benzinepomp in Santa Gertrudis. Daar begeleidde hij ons naar het huis. Toen we uitstapten reageerde Pepe verbaasd; 5 women? Only women? And are you hippies? Ik zei: No? Why? Hij zei: It is a hippy house! Haha! En inderdaad het is een hippie huis, maar wel met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt. De douche was warm, de keuken eenvoudig, maar precies wat je nodig hebt. De kamers zijn netjes. En de buitenruimte is formidabel! En daar ben je tenslotte het meest. Genoeg plekjes en hoekjes met stoelen en bedjes om te chillen. Met de auto ben je snel in Ibiza stad. Of bij vele andere dorpjes en strandjes. Maar een auto is sowieso een pré als je op Ibiza bent. De ligging is centraal. Santa Gertrudis is ook een gezellig dorpje! Af en toe kwam Pepe even langs om iets van onderhoud te plegen of kort te kletsen. Gezellig! Op de laatste dag kwam Elena om het huis schoon te maken, ook een hele lieve vrouw. Super bedankt! Wij hebben genoten <3
