New atic with lots of light and wood ceilings. Very cosy,always with a brise and sea view to both side of the island, to the east Kite Beach and to the west Ponta Preta). Everything is new and it`s placed on a new building in the center of Santa Maria. It has fan in the living room and in the master bedroom. One of the best places places to stay in Santa Maria, away from the noise but still very close to the touristic area. And the views are amazing.
