The apartment is fully equipped, has direct access to the bay and overlooking the blue Ionian Sea. Wrapped from the terrace surrounded by gardens full of native vegetation, the apartment has a kitchen, a bathroom and a double bedroom. Enriched by 60s and 70s family furniture, recovered and restored with passion and attention to detail. The strategic position of Stazzo allows you to easily reach points of interest such as Etna (46 minutes), Taormina (33 minutes) and the city of Catania (29 minutes). In the village, just a few minutes walk, there are two small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a bar, two restaurants and a pizzeria. On the second Sunday of August, Stazzo celebrates the patron saint, St. John of Nepomuk, whom the Church in the Central Square is dedicated. Throughout the year, the place has a magnificent landscape of sea, and in the summer relax on sunny days, remaining calm and smooth, and the color blue contrasts with the black volcanic cliffs.

Si può raggiungere in 15 minuti Taormina e in 30 Siracusa ottima posizione per fare escursioni. Ci troviamo a 5 minuti da Acireale famosa per il suo stile Barocco le sue prelibatezze culinarie. Si informano gli ospiti che all'arrivo ci sarà da pagare una tassa di soggiorno di 2€ a notte per le prime 5 notti a persona.

La casa è circondata dal prato di 500 mq. e dalla piscina ,tutti questi spazi sono riservati agli ospiti. A 2 km. vi è il centro abitato col supermarket . Il piano terra è esclusivo per gli ospiti al livello piscina. Al primo piano abito io per occuparmi del giardino. È necessaria la macchina.

Ha una camera da letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno con TV, una cucina con utensili, frigorifero, forno a microonde, tostapane, bollitore e macchina del caffè, e 1 bagno con bidet e doccia. In dotazione: asciugamani e lenzuola.
