You'll feel like the "Little Red Riding Hood" skipping through the woods as you escape the "Big Bad Wolf" of technology and stress. Evenings around the Firepit w/the stars are simply magical!

Private Lakefront Log Cabin

Nestled in Buffalo Cove on the quiet side of Lake Santeetlah, our log cabin is the perfect combination of historical charm, modern-day rustic style, and cozy comfort. Lakefront, wooded, and private with multiple outdoor spaces overlooking the crystal water of Lake Santeetlah, this authentic Appalachian Cabin is quite possibly the most unique property on the lake. Hang out on the lakeside deck or take a few steps down to the private dock for a dip in the water, fishing, or launch a canoe trip.

Escape to our Cozy Cabin nestled on 6 wooded acres. Bask in the breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains right from our deck, where you can enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise. Unwind in our hot tub. We offer the perfect blend of serenity and adventure, ideal for those seeking R&R. Situated near attractions, including the Tail of The Dragon (20 minutes) and Gatlinburg (1.5 hours). Fishing and hiking opportunities are close too. Come experience the magic of the mountains with us!

Mountain House Rental at the Lake

This is a four season vacation spot. Create your own memories in the western North Carolina mountains by Lake Chatuge! Enjoy great hiking, boating, fishing, and much more! Take advantage of the hiking and biking on the Jack Rabbit Mountain trails along the shores by Lake Chatuge. Winter discounts available from January 1 until March 31. OPTIONAL MINI COTTAGE (for a third bedroom that sleeps 2) with Queen sized bed and TV but no extra bathroom for an extra $25 per night plus $25 cleaning.

Mountain Lake House [Kayaks & Paddleboards]

Welcome to PaddleFin! You will enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain views from the large deck on the house and a deck close to the water. This is a peaceful retreat - cell phone service is not available or very limited, no Wi-Fi, and no TV service. We allow A MAXIMUM of 4 guests! There is one king bed and one queen bed. We currently have two kayaks (one single and one two-person), two paddleboards, and a canoe available for use by our guests. Paddles and life jackets are included.

Come relax and enjoy a little piece of Heaven in our Copper Top Cabin on the peaceful side of the Smoky Mountains. We are only a short distance away from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, historic Cades Cove, the Dragon and 1 hour away from Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Copper Top cabin sits on a large spring fed pond stocked with bass, perch and catfish. Be sure to enjoy our paddle boat, canoe, kayak, or simply relax in the hammock or by the fire pit.

Mountain Laurel Cabin, Pond, Folk School Dish Wifi

Relax & enjoy our newly remodeled cozy mountain cabin nestled in the woods on 2 private acres with an acre size pond. Just far enough from all the hubbub to have gotten away from it all yet 20 minutes from town. Near Folk School! The property is a private setting abundant with wildlife like deer and native birds.
