Il Cubetto -Sea Studio: sense of peace and freedom

Our little place, Il Cubetto, inaugurated with the 2020 season, stands in full Tuscan country and is particularly distinctive because of its absolute exclusivity: only two studio apartments within our 7000 sqm of garden planted with many fruit trees, with great attention to any detail. Our guests, a maximum of two per studio apartment, have the use of a salt-water infinity swimming pool overlooking the valley. Depending on the car they drive, they can park next to the cottage or beside the road.

Ideale per una coppia la casa è disposta su due livelli, al piano terra troviamo un soggiorno e la cucina completa di accessori con lavastoviglie e lavatrice, al primo piano abbiamo invece una grande camera matrimoniale (possibilità di aggiungere un letto per bambini) e un bagno molto spazioso. Chiunque è e sarà sempre il benvenuto. Le operazioni di pulizia e sanificazione degli appartamenti sono eseguite in maniera scrupolosa direttamente da noi al fine di garantire la massima sicurezza.

Le Rocche, on the top of a hill offers a breathtaking view, the Villa all on one floor, finished renovating in June 2021 by the architect. Gianni Benincasa, has 5 bedrooms, one of which is in the mezzanine and 3 bathrooms. Furnishings, all brand new, of great charm. Another highlight is the 100 m2 terrace. and the BBQ, where you can have lunch and relax. The villa is completely independent and out of sight of prying eyes. The park with olive, cherry and apricot trees is approximately 7,000 m2.

La posizione della casa è strategica per raggiungere le città d'arte della Toscana come Pisa , Lucca, Firenze ,Siena e allo stesso tempo di passare alcune giornate al mare , le spiagge sono distanti circa 30 km.

Relax at this newly renovated sun filled apartment in the heart of the Città del Vino, Terricciola. On the first floor, it boasts its own private terrace with BBQ. All home comforts were carefully thought out during the renovation process. The bedroom has a matrimonial size bed with memory foam mattress & pillows.
