Enjoy a back yard BBQ with your friends. Great house for the whole family or a group of friends enjoying the valley. WiFi and TV available if you need to stay inside while enjoying wonderful Saratoga.

The Bunkhouse at Cottonwood Acres Country Retreat

Very nice, secluded spot near the Encampment River. Completely remodeled living area called the Cottonwood Acres Bunkhouse. Sit outside on the porch and watch the deer walk by with the river as a backdrop. Play horseshoes out back. 18 miles south of Saratoga, with fishing, hunting, hiking, and riding opportunities within a 30 minute drive of the property in multiple directions. Also, great snowmobiling opportunities in the winter. Enjoy food and drinks a mile away in Riverside and Encampment.

Pets allowed only with prior approval - one dog limit. Pets cannot be left unattended and must have their own beds. This beautiful, private guesthouse is located just five minutes from shopping and restaurants. We recommend 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive in the winter.
