Our comfortable recently-renovated house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. Every room and the outdoor spaces have unique views of the village, nature, or the sea. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else that you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa "Le fresie" - Torre del pozzo

Spaziosa casa su due livelli immersa nel verde e a un passo dal mare. La casa si compone di zona giorno al piano superiore, con terrazza vista mare, e zona notte con due camere e due bagni al piano inferiore. Al giardino si accede dai due piani e dona alla casa pace e riservatezza. Si arriva al mare a piedi in 5 minuti. Le spiagge di S’Archittu e Santa Caterina si trovano a 5 minuti di macchina, quelle della penisola del Sinis a 30 minuti e la zona costiera di Bosa si raggiunge in 40 minuti.

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

È il più grande di due piccoli appartamenti attigui -con ingresso indipendente- di una casa di campagna realizzata nel 2019, Sa Canistedda. Sa corbe può ospitare un massimo di 4 persone. Al piano terra ci sono la zona giorno e il bagno; il soppalco ospita la zona notte. La veranda è dotata di una comoda doccia esterna ed è ideale per pranzi e cene all’aperto. Il giardino e l’area gioco possono essere condivisi.

Gli interni conservano il fascino del passato con arredi d’epoca e un romantico soppalco in legno. All’esterno troverai un ampio giardino che arriva sino alla spiaggia, un patio ombreggiato dove fare colazione e un barbecue per le tue serate all’aperto. La casa è a pochi passi dal mare, in una zona tranquilla e autentica della costa ovest della Sardegna.

From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .

It is about 70 square meters on 4 levels (no elevator), and can accommodate for 4 people. 2 bikes are available for use free of charge!
