S'Archittu : locations de vacances avec terrasse

L’appartement est très bien situé au cœur du village coloré de Bosa. Les restaurants et la place principale sont assez proches. L’appartement dispose d’une terrasse très agréable et paisible. Rachel est une hôte très disponible et réactive. Je vous recommande ce bien si vous êtes de passage à Bosa.

Spontaner Check-In, Leonardo kam innerhalb von 10 Minuten zur Rezeption und brachte uns zur Wohnung. Im Haus sind 4 Wohnung, wir waren die einzigen Gäste. Es war super privat und ruhig. Leonardo reagierte immer sofort und war super freundlich, wenn wir ein Anliegen hatten. Die Wohnung war super sauber, das Bad ganz modern. In der Wohnung/Bad riecht der Abfluss, aber das liegt wohl am Alter der Häuser. Einfach etwas Wasser laufen lassen und Lüftung an. Wir hatten keiner Mücken in der Wohnung und schöne ruhige Nächte.

Ubytovanie bolo super. Riešili sme to na poslednú chvíľu a nebol s tým absolútne žiaden problém. Komunikácia bola perfektná od prvej chvíle. Čokoľvek som potrebovala odpoveď bola promtná. Komunikáciu hodnotím na veľmi vysokej úrovni. Hostiteľka bola veľmi milá, za mňa najlepšia skúsenosť s airbnb. Ďakujeme! 😊

Siamo stati accolti da Antonella, co-host di Carlo, con grande entusiasmo. Il nostro arrivo è stato rallentato per più di due ore ma abbiamo ricevuto ugualmente un caloroso benvenuto. La struttura propone un quaderno-guida con attività e suggerimenti, l’ambiente è molto accogliente e pulito e la casa è fresca. Ci siamo sentiti a casa anche grazie alla disponibilità degli host, reperibili per qualsiasi dubbio o consiglio. La zona è molto tranquilla e sicuramente il garage privato con accesso diretto alla casa fornisce una certa privacy e serenità sul parcheggio. Terralba è inoltre una zona molto viva e adatta a esplorare la zona di Oristano e Iglesias, sia per le spiagge sia per l’ entroterra. Siamo molto soddisfatti di questa sistemazione e la consigliamo vivamente!

Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni nello splendido appartamento di Alessandro, perfettamente corrispondete alle descrizione e in un' ottima posizione per visitare tutte le più belle spiagge del Sinis. Alessandro è sempre stato disponibile e ci ha fornito indicazioni utili per la vacanza. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare un cesto di prodotti per la prima colazione, latte, acqua, birre in frigo e una gradita bottiglia di vino locale.... Questa si chiama una vera accoglienza. Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza bellissima, sicuramente da ripetere.

Très bel appartement conforme à la description, avec un acceuil simple une communication facile et des petites attentions appréciées à l’arrivée. Je recommande.

The apartment was really well-equipped – we didn’t miss a thing. There were even basic toiletries, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The host left us some cookies as a welcome treat, which was a lovely touch. The place itself was cozy, with a slightly traditional style that gave it a warm and homely feel. The only thing worth mentioning is that the ceiling was a bit thin – we could hear some noise from upstairs. It didn’t bother us much and we slept well, but someone more sensitive to noise might notice it more. Other than that, everything was great – 9/10!

Excellente expérience! Gianluca est un hôte très réactif et attentionné. L'appartement est très bien équipé et très agréable. Il est idéalement situé pour visiter la région. Tout était parfait, je recommande vivement cette location!

Het huis was in één woord fantastisch! Je krijgt gelijk het vakantiegevoel als je de poort binnenkomt. Annarita stond ons op te wachten en leidde ons rond. De ruimte is geweldig, de kamers zijn erg schoon, het uitzicht fantastisch. Ik kan niet een minpunt aangeven. We hebben genoten, dank je wel

L"appartamento della Signora Maria Bonaria, pur essendo sul lungomare di Torre Grande è molto silenzioso e ben curato con tutto ciò che può essere utile durante un soggiorno. Maria Bonaria è stata gentilissima ed è venuta incontro a tutte le nostre richieste comunicando com estrema sollecitudine.

Die Wohnung von Marisa ist schön eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht. Besonders die Terrasse hat uns gut gefallen. Das Haus ist relativ hellhörig. Es ist an einer Straße gelegen und es war vom Schlafzimmer aus schon teilweise laut an der Straße. Ansonsten hatten wir aber einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Nanda and Franco made our stay in Sardinia special. We felt very welcomed, almost like good friends or even family, but with great respect to our privacy. It's truly unique treatment. The hosts were very helpful with everything we needed, very open and kind. What to write more...? The house located in a small town up on the hill was the one we expected - cozy, but spacious, well designed with art pieces, quiet, warmer or colder, as preferred. All the necessary equipment was there. So for us it was 10/10 experience.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Sandro und Camilla! Sie waren sehr lieb, hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Das Haus ist riesig, sehr aufgeräumt und sauber, hat 2 neue Bäder, bequeme Betten, Parkplatz vor der Tür und eine Terrasse mit Ausblick aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet (Geschirr, Kochutensilien, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd, Gewürze, …) Es gibt keinen Backofen und keinen Geschirrspüler, beides hat uns nicht gestört. Alle Fenster haben Fliegengitter, so dass wir auch ohne Klimaanlage stets frische Luft im Haus hatten. Camilla war immer erreichbar und hat uns bei Fragen geholfen bzw. ist sogar einmal vorbeigekommen. Sie hat uns ebenfalls Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung gegeben. Zum Einkaufen fährt man ca 15 Minuten nach Riola. Ein Auto ist nötig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Haus mit gutem Gewissen!!

La casa si trova in posizione tranquilla, all’ingresso di San Leonardo. È fornita di tutto ed è circondata da un bellissimo giardino recintato, dove noi ei nostri tre cani si sono trovati benissimo. Intorno, oltre al parco raggiungibile in due minuti a piedi, ci sono itinerari fra i boschi che conducono a fonti appartate e nuraghi incredibili. Roberta è sempre disponibile per consigli e per qualsiasi necessità.

Siamo stati molto bene nella bella casa Caboi Posizione ottima, vicina al centro di Cabras paese che si trova vicino ai luoghi di maggiore interesse della penisola del Sinis con le sue belle spiagge. La presenza di 2 bagni è stata per noi molto importante Fondamentale L'aiuto di Claudio, sempre pronto a risolvere qualche problema emerso e a dare consigli!

Absolutely lovely stay! Gorgeous and spotlessly clean. Luciana and her daughter were extremely helpful and friendly, and their family restaurant is excellent. It worked great for us and our 1 year old. Would love to come back one day!

Appartamento bello, moderno, pulito con angolo esterno. Valeria impeccabile nell’accoglienza e nelle indicazioni. Supermercato vicino e la zona antica di Bosa facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Consiglio vivamente. Grazie Valeria 😊

If you plan on visiting Bosa (and you should!) look no further than this lovely apartment. Well located on a quiet street, it was easy to find and get inside. And parking right on the street in front of the house. The host and his/her staff are fabulous! Very helpful and responsive to our every need! ( including our locking ourselves out). We were 2 elderly/old/kinda old couples and our stay was perfect. Nothing to improve on! Grazie tanto per tutti! Ciao!

Apartment is clean and silent, easy to find and few minutes by foot from the city centre. The host is communicative and friendly. Inside you can find essentials what you need to everyday life. Apartament has a little garden. Free parking on the street. :))))

Die Unterkunft war super schön & sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Fußläufig erreichbar gibt es einen Lidl und in der Stadt ist man auch in 15min. Gianluca hat uns sehr herzlich sogar mit einem Willkommensgeschenk empfangen und gab uns direkt beste Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände in der Nähe. Außerdem war er immer sehr schnell erreichbar und überaus hilfsbereit! Da mein Freund über 1,90m groß ist, und ein Metallgestell das Bett umgibt, war das Bett für ihn leider etwas zu klein. Die Wohnung ist außerdem recht hellhörig, man konnte oft die Familie über uns hören, jedoch nie spät abends oder nachts. Das beides ändert aber nichts daran, dass wir uns gut erholt und eine wunderschöne Zeit auf Sardinien verbracht haben! :)
