Sardaigne : locations de vacances avec accès à un lac

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Giovannis Appartement. Der Garten ist toll (vor allem abgeschlossen, mit Schattenplätzen und Sonnensegel, super für kleinere Kinder), mit Gartendusche und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Bis zum Sandstrand läuft man durch die Anlage nur wenige Minuten, Parkplätze sind in der direkten Umgebung der Wohnung immer zu finden. Als wir ankamen roch es etwas muffig, am ehesten ist es der große Schrank in der Küche, verfliegt aber schnell. Klimaanlage gibt es nur in der Wohnküche, das war für uns ok. In der Küche haben uns ein paar Kleinigkeiten gefehlt (kleine scharfe Obstmesser, ein Schneidebrett, ein Toaster wäre auch toll gewesen). Super und unkompliziert war aber vor allem die Kommunikation mit Giovanni, er hat kleinere Probleme schnell gelöst und uns mit frischem Obst und Gemüse aus seinem Garten "entschädigt". Vielen Dank!

Casa più carina che dalle foto dell’annuncio, accogliente e dotata di tutto quanto necessario per un comodo soggiorno. Consigliatissima per chi cerca un alloggio riservato nella natura ma comunque a pochi minuti di distanza dalle spiagge più belle della zona. Gianfranco persona disponibilissima e sempre gentile. Lenzuola, asciugamani puliti, c’è anche il phon. A disposizione anche detersivi, set bagno e pentole. Vicino alla casa c era anche una famiglia di gatti con i suoi mici ancora cuccioli, molto dolci. Casa molto pulita, tranquilla e silenziosa.

Luigi et Rita ont été parmi les plus accueillants depuis que j'utilise Airbnb. Ils nous ont offert des pâtisseries et ont été très réactifs par message, ils étaient aux petits soins avec nous. Concernant l'emplacement, il est fortement recommandé d'avoir une voiture pour se déplacer. Enfin, le logement était nickel, très propre et bien équipé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à cet endroit et le recommandons fortement !

My parents stayed at Elisabetta’s place, it was beautiful! As soon as you walk in you felt right at home. The bed was very comfortably and kitchen was fully equipped. The location was great, you walk down the stairs and everything is right there- food and shopping. Walking distance to the beach. Elisabetta was super responsive and a pleasure to deal with!!

Leider war die Wegbeschreibung von Airbnb nich ganz korrekt, aber durch Alessandros Hilfe konnte man die Unterkunft dann finden. Ansonsten war die Unterkunft aber ein absoluter Traum. Sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen und mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht😊 Alessandro war wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und hat praktisch jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Als Begrüßungsgeschenk gabe es sogar einen hausgemachten Wein und eine kleine sardische Spezialität. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt!😊

L’appartamento era molto carino, spazioso e ben arredato. La cucina aveva tutto quello di cui uno ha bisogno. Alice gentilissima, la domenica ci ha portato dei dolcetti sardi che erano buonissimi! Consigliato !

Stephano was wonderful! The location is amazing - Right in front of the beach. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our time. We loved Stephano’s recommendations. They were always spot on. We rented a car and found it easy to park and reach more of the island. Very accesible location to main spots. We are already looking forward to booking again in the future. Grazie mille!!!

This has been by far the most professional airbnb I've been in so far. Prior to our arrival we received a video in which Alessandro showed us all the specifications of the appartment, how to log in etc. On top of that we got a welcoming book with all the details and a lot of suggestions for trips in the area. During our stay, every time we had a question, Alessandro was there with a quick response. The apartment is wonderfully located, just a 4 minute walk away from the beach, the surrounding is peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our stay a lot, thank you Alessandro for a great vacation

Wir können die Unterkunft mit Marcello als Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen! Hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und die Kommunikation war super freundlich und unkompliziert. Alles in Allem 👍🏻

Mariangela’s Airbnb is small but perfect for a few days/ a week!⭐️the kitchen was surprisingly so well equipped and had everything you need to cook! She is also so sweet and was quick to answer all our questions!

Thanks for a wonderful stay! The location was great, right in the Old Town with an excellent view of the marina. We enjoyed sitting out at night people watching on the terrace.  The space was clean and had a nice, private courtyard.  The beach was only a 20 minute walk away- best time to go was late afternoon when the heat died down. As we had visited Alghero before, we knew many of the local hot spots.  We often visited the Mercato Civico for fresh produce and bread (closes at noon), before heading to Ciro for coffee and cakes and the supermarket a block away.  Eurospin has decent deals on the basics, including bottled water - so a good first stop off the bus from the airport (buses only cost at most €1.30).  Best restaurants are Al Vecchio Mulino (a must stop!), Al Refettorio (excellent pasta),  Cajò for Pizza, and Buns Homemade Burger for a change from pasta / pizza / seafood.  And, of course, Gelato was a must!  Highly recommended.

abbiamo avuto un'esperienza ottima! l'alloggio è ampio internamente e con uno spazio esterno piacevole. vicinissimo alla spiaggia e al centro abitato. ben rifornito, consente a un gruppo ampio di persone di alloggiare in tutta tranquillità. lenka è stata squisita, presente e flessibile. lo raccomandiamo a tutti!

Le logement est très bien situé, au calme mais pas loin de la ville (20min) et de la plage (10 min) qui étaient accessibles à pieds. L’espace extérieur est très agréable. L’appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Marie-Antonietta nous a accueillies avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’attentions, elle nous a offert des biscuits et du vin, et a demandé à son fils de venir pour traduire en anglais à notre arrivée pour tout nous expliquer. On recommande !

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt bei Jos. Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out war alles super. Schöner Blick über den Hafen und ruhig gelegene Terrasse mit ausreichen Sitzgelegenheiten für jeden Zweck. Die Bilder entsprechen exakt dem was man vorfindet. Top!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Soprattutto è stata eccezionale la signora Livia ,ci ha accolti ,seguiti e coccolati .La casa era accogliente e molto vicina alla spiaggia. La zona ben fornita di piste ciclabili e pedonali. Comoda a raggiungere i vari siti d'interesse archeologico e naturalistico. Ai futuri ospiti consiglio di fare il biglietto Alghero expirience che con 25 € dà accesso a diversi siti,consiglio le grotte di Nettuno.. L'alloggio ha tutte le comodità .Ivano è stato un host perfetto.
