The Perch overlooks a babbling creek and 60-acre berry farm. On their own 4 acres, guests have access to a nature trail around a green pasture where sheep and goats graze. A short drive across the bridge is the farm entrance to enjoy various activities and berries in season.

Recently remodeled, with community boat launch, boat parking with charging access, central A/C, and a large back porch for grilling and relaxing. Boat dockage is good, with average 6' plus water depth at the end of pier, and Fishing Kayaks are onsite for your paddling pleasure. Come enjoy one of the best views on Lake Dannelly!

The Rusty Brick Studio

Come relax at this unique, cozy studio and enjoy a quiet farm setting. The studio is located a mile from Newbern, along a main hwy 10 miles south of Greensboro, 20 east of Demopolis and 50 miles south of Tuscaloosa. The studio has brick floors and the interior wood walls and beams are from reclaimed barn wood. We want our guests to relax with a good cup of coffee, a great night's sleep and time to enjoy an Alabama sunset from the front porch chairs!

Mac's Fish Camp Cabin #1

Relax with the family at this peaceful cabin on McDowell Lake. Access to both the Lake and the Alabama River. Enjoy boating and fishing. Minutes from Cahaba Forever Wild hunting tract. Fifteen minutes from Selma. Grill, firepit and picnic table outside. Fishing is free to guests and a peddle boat is available to use in the Lake. Kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator, coffee makers, microwave, dishes, pot and pans. Sheets and towels provided.

The Getaway Garage

Enjoy the 14+ acres this old paint booth sits on with tons of wildlife and plenty of trees. After a nice day on the golf course, a tiring day at 17 Springs Sports Complex, a fun day at the lake or a long day at Maxwell AFB this is the perfect type of scenery that you need to unwind and relax!

This is a little cottage in the middle of town. It is an open floor plan with 1 king bed, 1 couch and roll-away beds available upon request. Enjoy the convenience of being able to walk to everything in town and the serenity of a rustic themed space. Just steps away from some beautifully restored buildings and convenient to the towns lake and walking trails. No pets or smoking inside.

This spacious studio apartment is just what you need! 850 sq ft with a King sized bed, large TV, cozy electric fireplace, oversized walk-in closet, a large bathroom with double sinks, a small kitchenette with a full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee bar, oversized sectional sofa & much, much more!! NO STOVE. We can accommodate oversized vehicles. Great for contractors!

The Dirt Road River Cabin is a wonderful secluded cabin on the Coosa River, great for couple/friends getaways. The cabin offers outdoor fireplace, outdoor kitchen, and a tin roof which is great on those rainy days. It's a slice of paradise just 10-15 mins away from Wetumpka. This is a truly unique and tranquil getaway.
