great place for a quick family outing. almost complete cookware, kitchenware and utensils. rooms were clean. they also provided free gallons of water however the water seems not mineral/distilled. most of my family members said "may lasa". I suggest to bring your own water especially if you have children. overall, we enjoyed our stay! hope to try their other villa next time.

Great place for a group's get- together. The clean pool is a plus. Rooms are spacious and have enough space for everyone. We are a group of 10 adults & 4 kids, but the place is good for 40 adults. The only thing we want to recommend for improvement is the water pressure in the kitchen and bathrooms and adding eating utensils would be a plus. But overall, we had a great time at Ian's place. The caretakers, Marife and Aljer were of great help too! Thanks Ian for our great stay. We had fun!

My family and furbabies had fun in the place. We felt right at home. Water temperature is just right, not too hot, not too cold. My mother, who is a PWD, enjoyed the pool. My pets also had fun playing in the area. In addition, caretaker Lito is very helpful. He assisted us in grilling our food. He kept the place, especially the pool area, clean. Will definitely book this place again in the future.

My family and I had a great time in this place! The whole area is more aesthetic in person than in the pictures. The view is breathtaking and the rooms are very comfy and spacious. great place to stay + the pool ✨

property is decorated to very high standard. the combination of inside and outside space through connection of kitchen to swimming pool area is a real design plus. all of the bedrooms have excellent bed and bathrooms. the property has extra nice touches such as great blue tooth speakers and private games room/ den. the caretakers are available to assist but maintained guest privacy at all times. we had a minor issue with some water heaters not working but the host gave us free steaks (which were amazingly good) to compensate. insummary, a great property which will comfortably steep 10-15 guests in luxury. premium price but worth it.

danise's listing was acurate and the amenities were more than what average airbnb's provide. no fuss at the gate and very easy to find the place using google maps and her instructions. plus for us were the 3 rooms with lots of pillows, towels and basic toiletries. i think the house next door were her relatives and they provided assistance when we needed it. we also loved the honesty store. it was very fairly priced and the options were well thought of. smart tv, wifi and the living room aircon were also very much appreciated. 🥰

We had a nice time staying at the place. Although we checked in late, the owner was kind enough to accomodate us. Overall, the place was what exactly we’re looking for which fit our budget without sacrificing comfort and gave us that homey feel…

We had an overall great stay at this resort! The location is peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are cool and comfortable to sleep in. The host was very responsive, and the caretakers were kind and accommodating, which made us feel welcome and well taken care of. A few things that could be improved: having an in-house store for basic necessities would be convenient. The pool water was a bit too hot for our preference, though we understand it’s sourced from a natural hot spring. Also, the fridge might need an upgrade as it didn’t cool as efficiently as expected. That said, we still really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

Rosita's listing is very homey. The living room is airconditioned as well. Street parking is provided. Just a heads-up for people who are not fans of stray dogs (This is not the host's fault.) There are a lot of stray dogs on the streets. If you have a car, park in front of the gate to avoid the stray dogs. Will definitely book again if there's a need to stay in Batangas.

We are a frequent visitor of BK, we usually stay in the Lodge or in the open cottages but it’s our first time to stay at Julia’s place. We’ve had a wonderful time here, felt like home. Very private and perfect for family gatherings. my kid really enjoyed the spacious living room. The kitchen is complete with cooking utensils. The bathroom has a hot shower. We will definitely come back and will consider booking Julia’s place again.

This is the first time I have absolutely no negative feedback — everything exceeded our expectations. The description was spot-on, the location is excellent, the house was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. Our family, which includes toddlers to seniors, had a fantastic time. There was something for everyone to enjoy, but the real standout was the game room. Unlike typical setups with just pool tables or board games, this one was on another level — packed with nostalgic arcade games, Dance Dance Revolution, a Nintendo Switch, and more. It was overwhelming in the best way, and honestly, one night just wasn’t enough to make the most of everything this place offers. Highly recommend!

My Family and i had just arrived from the states with my service K-9 and Day's made us feel very welcome from the start when she meet us at her Airbnb. Dary's husband even took time out of day to show me local house to rent for our family both Day's and her husband are great people.

The place was great, and ate gagay was so accommodating of our requests. The amenities were okay, and our stay was very relaxing. Some inputs for improvement: cr in the 1st floor bedroom has no light. Plumbing needs to be checked, there are leaks on the water faucets in the bathrooms. The ref took a long time to cool and freeze food, it just got better the next day. Good that we have coolers and ice. Suggest to provide hot and cold water dispenser instead inside the house, the blue water containers outside were dirty, we did not risk to use it for drinking. However, overall, we enjoyed our stay, and we will be back!

very nice place we enjoy the karaoke, playing cards, scrabble and play the billiards and basketball with self court. the place is relaxing and peaceful, i feel like home. and the host is very easy to deal with and the caretaker ateng is very approachable, they are very nice. hope to comeback there and looking forward to the pool to covered so we can swim even its sunny. Great accomodation, sulit for its price. Not that squeaky clean some areas need some cleaning, maybe because of the confusion with the booking dates. Great view of the fish pond. We used all the utilities available, the tree house, karaoke, swimming pool, basketball ring. There are areas which are very cute for photos like the stairs. 2 mins walk to the beach. The beach is okay, great for swimming but do bot expect too much. We did have fun during the high tides because of the waves, just make sure to wear aqua shoes or any slipper because there are lots of glass. Overall, we had a great stay. Will recommend this if you really want a sulit and addordable family vacation. 10k for 25 pax, the Villa can accomodate even 35pax. Thank you.

It’s our 2nd time to stay in The Baysprings Family Rest House and we did enjoy our stay. The place is very homey & relaxing. Ms. Menchu is indeed a great host & Ms. Lizzel is very nice & responsive as well. Really love this place!🥰👍

it is a safe place to stay and very near to the market, church, drugstore and just a few minutes away from Kamay ni Hesus. Commendable.
